They're two completely different things but both great in their unique way. Chronicles should have been a trilogy. Time to replay Butcher Bay.

my ps3 disk that had both butcher baya nd dark athena on it has a small scratch that appears to go right through the disk and it wont read and it infuriates me. i have no idea how something like that even happens

Terrible way to destroy all the build-up and tragedy of Chronicles, there was no point of continuing Riddick story after that, he lost the only person he ever cared of (Kyra) and was left empty, yet with all the power imaginable. Sad but perfect ending in its own way. The should have made a prequel of Pitch Black or a midquel.
