is the series worth it altogether? I saw S1 of Dark and I abandoned it midway through S2E1. It seemed like they changed writing and directing somewhere towards the end of S1

Season 2 was good, it helps to have the books writer writing the show. I believe there is only one more season left they had a plan before series took off. I figure though Jason is going to make the pyramid work again or something with Jason 2. Also that one scene entirely shot in one shot was good
