I don't remember a character named Eva in the movie. Were those scenes deleted or something?

"EVA" in this case is an attempt to be hip and cool, and to take the "-er" at the end of a word and replace it with an "a" (read like "uh"). It's something whiggers do to emulate african american culture and language de-evolution, sometimes known as ebonics. Similar to the number 4 representing the word "for" because they are homophones (not to be confused with faggots, which is has multiple meanings, one being a bundle of dicks).
