I think it’s gonna suck because the book ends at season 1. Either way, my main hope is that they do the Japanese culture and history justice and don’t try to shoehorn any dumb western ideals into it. Staying focused and grounded will be good enough. Having a sort of a parallel to Oda Nobunaga and Akechi Mitsuhide’s falling out in the story will be pretty cool. I just played through AC Shadows so I’m ready to appreciate the politics a bit more. Also more hot Japanese girls pls.
The japanese were bloodthirsty savages and the way they'd kill themselves in a gruesome way over inconveniences wasn't "honorable" or whatever, it just shows how little they cared about life.
