The truth is he would likely get sentenced 2-4 years max at a low security prison with low level offenders (non-violent drug addicts that kept getting possession charges, property crime, repeat DUI/reckless endangerment types) and he would be out in less than his sentencing.Dude goes to a low security prison for 9-18 months in a dormitory prison with board/card game tables and a tv room. He makes license plates and/or fights wildfires, especially in California. They don't even go back to the prison while fighting wildfires, they camp out supervised.
