It's November and we're having temps comparable to july from 10 years ago.
Yes, Man-Made Climate Change is real, and rapidly accelerating.

The part that’s hard to manage is climate belts are going to shift (think where the good farming is) and no one is sure *where they are going to shift.

Functioning rich countries should be able to manage it (no not the US since now non white). But a lot of the world will start to starve and they are all goi g to walk to the u.s. and Europe. We need to build a wall

When are you going to realize you’re just attacking some random group because corporations have sicced you on them to avoid accountability? Don’t you find it a bit silly to attribute environmentalist thinking to a group of people you hate? Environmentalism is one of the defining traits of moral and intellectual people. Are you now just saying trannies are better than you? It doesn’t even make sense from whatever superiority angle you’re trying to play. Which is what makes your inability to see how you’re being manipulated that much sadder.

How do higher temps prove MAN-MADE climate change? It says nothing about the cause, tranny
>>
It's all bullshit.
First it was "global warming". Then we had record blizzards that killed a bunch of people.then they said it was "climate change" as if that means anything.

The climate is always changing. We just had a fucking ice age a few thousand years ago. What are they gonna say caused that? All the cavemen driving their SUVs and using aerosol products? Ridiculous.

In Gilgamesh's time, the Middle East was a lush grassland. Today it's a desert. What caused that? All the Sumerians flying in their jets emitting greenhouse gasses? It's so fucking dumb. Like weather is a dynamic thing, changing constantly. Stupid people believe in meaningless terms like climate change and carbon footprint when in reality it doesn't mean anything at all. If the weather doesn't stay 100% the same all the time they'll claim it's some kind of crisis and rubes will believe them
>>
Republican s stole the election from gore just like how theyre going to get wiped out in the mid terms despite efforts to block early voting and mail votes theyre going to start arresting Democrats in January so they wont be able to take their seats
>>
>>224000303
It’s still global warming btw. They just changed what they called it because brainlets like you don’t understand global average temperature and thought winter still existing was a gotcha.

Average global temperatures have risen though and are continuing to rise. We’re on track to have a 2 degree increase by mid 2030s. This means the collapse of various oceanic and atmospheric currents, increased in deforestation and desertification, loss of glaciers, increase in migration, disease, etc. The extra CO2 in the air also increases acidity of soil and oceans and makes you stupider by the day.
>>
>>223999894
>corporations have sicced you on them to avoid accountability
When did that happen? How? Are there ads on TV? I've never seen a negative piece of media towards trannies, ever. Explain how they brainwashed us, please.
>>
Man-made climate change and especially carbon footprint obsession is a psyop by industry to cover for pollution and improper waste management
>>
>>224000483
>We’re on track to have a 2 degree increase by mid 2030s.
I see they've pushed the date back yet again
>loss of glaciers
I thought that had been happening. Why hasn't the sea level changed?
>>
>>224000660
Pushed the date back? No the 2 degree thing used to be forecasted at 2050. Recent trends have pushed that date closer now because we’re actually increasing our output of greenhouse gasses. And yeah, glaciers have been melting. Glaciers are very big and provide fresh water for many communities. That shit is disappearing. And the sea level? It has changed. It’s risen by nearly 2 inches in the past ten years and the rate is increasing rapidly.

What type of response was this bro? You’re literally clueless. Have you not seen what’s happening in coastal cities, mountain communities near glaciers, and everywhere else across the world?
>>
>>224001025
Fucking moron. It was supposed to be much warmer by now.
Show me the sea level rising. It hasn't.
None of that shit has come to pass.

>>

we came out of an "ice age" 12 ybp. We were due for another soon but Man Made Climate Change derailed those naturally occurring plans, and now we're headed for infinite Venus-style warming, and mass extinction.
>>
>>224000483
Damn, that's insane. I will now use a metal straw and save the planet!
>>
>>224001666
No, we were in an interglacial period until recently.
>>
>>224001703
what do you think "interglacial" means
>>
>>224001638
It just so happens that every 5-10 years, climate change gets pushed back into the news again. It's almost like they were running out of money and needed to push bullshit to get more government funding. Same shit happens with food research. It's why every few years there's a new superfood being pushed and others are getting called dangerous to your health (ex: Eggs)
>>
>>224001355
We’re reaching levels that haven’t been seen since the last extinction events (which peak warmth always coincides with). As smart people we try to think of ways to avoid catastrophe before they happen and we try to think of ways to steer humanity to a better and more sustainable future. Your willful ignorance is for monkeys. Which is fine, humanity’s history is full of stupid people being led by people that are much more intelligent and pragmatic.

>>
It’s crazy how far Americans have fallen since Gore.
>>
>>224001880
Explain how trying to get everyone to buy a completely brand new car stops global warming.
>>
>>224001880
Oh no, it's getting slightly warmer on average, if only we had a way to stay cool indoors, grow food indoors, and light up areas at night when it's cooler to work. Oh wait, we do.
>>
>>224001954

>>
>>224000483
So? Be that as it may, I really don't care. Let the glaciers melt, let the soil turn acidic, let the water turn into poison. It's fine.
>>

Leftists make a big mistake thinking their opponents are stupid, as in, don't understand leftist dogma. No, we understand it. We get it and have rejected it.
>>
>>224001355
its about the speed of change you retard.

warming periods that span over 20k years are natural and expected. ecosystems have time to adjust.

we are causing that same change within a span of 200 years, this will cause massive collapse and crisis of food chains all over.
>>
Remember, climate change is so real that all the elites continue to buy beach/ocean front properties in areas that already see 100F+ summers.
>>
>>224002158
So it’s the second one then. Gotcha.
>>
>>224002098
I'm just trying to get an explanation for the most pursued and touted solutions to global warming, as pushed by the heckin experts and politicians. Again how does supercharging the manufacturing of completely brand new personal vehicles stop global warming?
>>
>>224002234
they only buy property in wealthy countries.
Florida wont sink into the ocean, even with a 6ft rise in sea levels.
you can literally just throw money at the problem and build dams and pumps. the money is there.
spending 10 billion to build seawater dams in florida or letting the entire state sink and lose 1 trillion in GDP and tax revenue? its a no brainer

only shitholes like bangladesh and somalia will have parts of their country sink beneath the ocean, displacing tens of millions of people.

if you have the luxury of wasting your life way on /tv/ you wont be a victim of climate change. worst case scenario is some authoritarian strongman putting the screws on your country, hunting aforementioned climate refugees in the name of public safety, diminishing your own personal liberties in the process. but you will never starve, drown or be forced to flee
>>
just 2 more weeks, xisters

I think it's terrible that climate change and ecological concerns have become politicized to the point that an individual's stance typically aligns with his preferred party in a binary political system. I also think documentaries like this have done a ridiculous amount of damage to the discussion by fear mongering and exaggerating so badly that many no longer take the issues seriously. I think we should do our best to protect our planet and question how we can live lives as clean as possible.
>>
>>224002466
If temperatures are supposedly rising too quickly, you wouldn't buy property in an area that already sees 100F+ in the summer. You'd be buying property in Alaska, Northeast Maine, Northern Minnesota/Wisconsin/etc.
>>
>>224001954
It is very funny because the GOP hates Bush Junior and his all family now for not kowtowing and sucking trumps dick

>>
>>224002627
And you're now praising islam. I think you're worse.
>>
>>224002575
property in the boones is worth nothing. why tf would anyone buy a worthless piece of wood in alaska?
even if the climate shifts there and summers become more bearable, theres still nothing there. and these places have other issues like swamp, mosquitoes in the summer, wild animals, mudslides. property on its own is worthless, its about the things and people nearby that give it value.
might as well buy land on the moon, because "someday" it might be worth something. its a fools errand

florida still has lots of value because people live there, infrastructure, tourism, commerce. nothing of that will change anytime soon.
and 100F summers are no big deal if you have air conditioning.

Dubai has way worse conditions yet the property there is a lot more expensive still.
climate is an issue you can just throw money at. in the case of florida or dubai, you will still have your money back, even with the difficult conditions in the summer.

>>
>>224002765
I don't give two shits about property value. I'm saying, if you believe in climate change and fast rising temperatures, you wouldn't buy property in an area that already sees 100F+ summers. Do you really think people would be buying valuable property in south Florida if it was guaranteed to hit 150F in the summer? No, they'd be buying it in cold weather areas.
>>
>>224002906
>>224001947
Its really shitty actually. We have Bangladesh air for 4 months now a year.
>>
>>224002917
I believe in climate change as the climate ALWAYS changes. That's a scientific fact. I don't believe in man made climate change or that people are having any effect on it. If we were, then everyone would target countries that are most affecting it, namely China. Weird how they always target the white countries and then their solution is to flood them with blacks and browns.
>>
>>224002879
if you think marthas vinyard is in danger of sinking into the ocean then you havent been paying attention.
even with a 60ft rise in sea levels (absurd) they would literally just build dams and pumps to save this valuable piece of real estate.
its literally pocket change to build seawater dykes and water management systems, the dutch already did it in pre-industrial times.

wealthy people know that they wont have to fear the physical effects of climate change, because there is always more money to solve these issues, and the property stays valuable.

Same as New York city, Venice or Miami, these places will not disappear.

>>
>>224002948
so its 150F now? why not 200F in the summer?

you're pulling shit out of your ass, this will never happen.
summers will get worse, and weeks of 100F are possible, but as already mentioned, air conditioning exist, the property there is still very value for a lot of other factors. and "mild summers and winters" is a very tiny selling point for property when you can literally solve these issues with technology. heating and cooling as necessary.

you have a completely wrong idea about the incentives of property value regarding climate change. Alberta and Manitoba wont replace Miami and LA in real estate value

>>
>>224003194

>>
>>224003166
>Carbon warms the planet, can you agree with that?
No
>We pump out carbon, what more do you want.
Carbon is at a low level compared to history
ALL of this shit is lies. Don't be sucked into some false middle position where it's true but has been unfairly politicized. It's not true. Actually, we don't know the truth, because they only pump out lies. The only people measuring and collecting the data, do nothing but pump out nonstop lies. So nobody knows what is true, but the fact that they have to lie doesn't bode well for it being a real phenomenon.

Old fag here.

They've been telling us the world is going to end for one reason ot another because dread and fear override thought and make goyim more manageable.

The models that Global Warming are built on are ridiculously complex and not fully validated across the entire range of its parameter space because that would take hundreds of years with the best computer.

Furthermore, not sure if Earth is flat but we ain't spinning 1000 mph for sure. How can you land a plane traveling 500mph on a ball spinning twice as fast? Every single thing about air travel becomes insanely difficult if the ball spins much faster than the plane flies, and no gravity doesn't spin the atmosphere in place so the frame stays consistent, there isnt much atmosphere where jets fly anyways.

The 1850-2025 period can be divided into 7 periods of 25 years. Therefore, in a normal, stable climate, you would have on average 1/7 of your record low days in the 2000-2025 period.
Assuming a month is 30.5 days on average, that's 4.35 days per months, or 52 days a year.
I counted all the record low on every month of the year using your website, I get 27. Almost half of what it should be
This cannot be attributed to randomness. You can make the same exercice with any city on earth.

If you were ever a true leftist you would know that the only way to combat carbon, which nothing on the planet actually needs, is to pay more tax.
Do you know that if the EU and the US became completely carbon free then total global emissions would drop to 81.5%? Obviously we would have to rely on China to make the same goods we make now, only inferior copies of them, which would increase their own carbon emissions, therefore increasing global emissions, and even further increasing global emissions from what we have currently because those dogshit inferior products need to be transported to the 0% emission countries, but that doesn't matter because it just doesn't.

What's extra weird is when you look at a map of the Kyoto Protocol countries, which countries just exempt themselves from it, which countries were forced under Holocaust denial punishments to accept it, and how it corresponds to the (((0% emissions mission))) countries we have today and the ones who don't give a fuck about it still. It's also interesting to cross reference this with Jewish governmental interference with each country. But it's all just a coincidence anyway so who cares? The world keeps turning, the Commies keep bootlicking, and you get a better response by talking to a brick wall than you would from any leftist.

Some of these magazine covers are fake (the penguin one was from 2007 not 1977 and the text was changed).
The others refer to the big freeze as a financial slowdown of the American economy. The shivering man is looking at stock prices plummetting not the temperature. These have to do with the arab oil crisis of the 70s which killed off the musclecar. The 1979 cover story is about a heating oil shortage as a result of the iran revolution.

None of these were articles about global cooling or an ice age. The only cooling theory of the 70s that was ever seriously discussed was the concept of nuclear winter.

>>
>>224006495
It's a multi-step process. Global warming was also 'pseudo-science' for a long time before it was mainstream science. The ice age theory got a long way (and wasn't ever discredited desu), but then they flipped to pushing global warming instead.

The thing with the ice age theory is that it was the process of science coming to understand that the Earth has cycles where it moves in and out of ice ages, and this was proven to be completely accurate (with some quibbling over the timescales involved). The thing with global warming is that it is more about humans influencing the climate, and this has also been demonstrated (but also with significant variation over the timescales involved).

The part where it becomes total and utter bullshit is what the environmentalists and authoritarians want to do about it. It does seem to be confirmed that human activity is changing the climate, and this change will make life much harder for human civilization, but there is no reason to think that giving the very same polluters more power while oppressing normal people would help in any way. And yet these people keep saying that the science has proven that they really do need to destroy civil society and oppress all the people on Earth in order to prevent climate change.

For a while now they've used climate change as an excuse to increase prices for things like energy. All of the burden of these price hikes goes onto normal people, and all of the benefits goes to the people who create the pollution.

Any serious response to climate change would mean normal people would have more and more energy efficient lifestyles (spending less and saving more of their money), while the people who are actively polluting would have to pay out based on how much pollution they're generating. It certainly would not be punishing people who suffer the costs already or rewarding people who created the whole problem to begin with.

Hey retard, Climate Change™ is government created. It's branding for endless taxation and consolidation of power.

The le corporations are in on it.
>>
You know how we save the world guys? By making people pay taxes!
>t. left wing retarded fuckin faggot
>>
>>224006969
Yeah and it's shit and expensive
>>
>>224007073
Bingo. Government mandates have lead to the closure of countless power companies so now only a tiny few megacorporations have a monopoly

>leftists and not understanding words meme

It's not about gas. It's about the access to human activity. It can be who gets to have a new pair of jeans, a steak dinner, a 3-bedroom apartment or reclaimed water for his lawn.

Whatever human activity you can think of it requires the consumption of resources. The solar panel on your roof, the wind turbine on the hill all have to be made.

And the only logical conclusion is that human activity must be limited to sustainable levels. It's perfectly sustainable to have 100,000 millionaires jetsetting around the world eating surf and turf. It's not sustainable to have 8 billion people do that. Cattle herds need to shrink, housing needs to shrink, consumption of resources/energy needs to shrink.

But right now we have this thing called money where you could buy a new pair of jeans right now even though you already have one. Thus providing profit incentives and essentially creating the factory that makes jeans. You could buy a plane ticket, thus creating an airline. By rationing your access to these things we need to reform the way your money works.
>>
>>224007071
That works fine when the customer has real choice and access to real information. This is all technically possible right now, it's just that the corporations have been able to make it practically impossible.
>>
>>224007071
This line of thinking basically means we should let corporations do whatever they want to consumers.
>>
>>224003512
>Trust the science, chud and yeah it changes arbitrarily but we should still make permanent changes for what used to be the science

What specific corporation can you point to as an example that isn't sustained by people making informed consumer decisions?
>>
>>224007171
What do you mean do to customers? Corporations should be able to offer whatever products they want to customers.
>>
>>224007216
So companies should be allowed to blast ads of faggot and tranny propaganda everywhere?
>>
>>223999894
Anon, it's call and INCONVENIENT TRUTH for a reason.
>>
>>223999475
Climate change isn’t caused by pollution in the air
It’s caused by the core of the planet which is warming our waters
It’s also why there are so much volcanic activity and earthquakes

>Carbon credits will be a thing in the future
Carbon credits are LITERALY what Exxon Mobile pushes for to redistribute responsibility from themselves to middle and working classes.
Leftists are useless idiots.
>>
>>224007295
Companies shouldn't be banned from making ads that aren't obscene because the market will determine whether fag/tranny/nigger propaganda is allowable because if enough people get butthurt over it they'll boycott the company like with Bud Light.

What you're not understanding is that "propaganda" in advertising only exists because enough people either support it or don't care enough to push back on it or because YOU'RE the one who's out of touch and you're too autistic to see it.

The sun is NOT one of the members of Bush's famous axis of evil. Maybe this was all was by design: Musk told Trump to invade Iran, so that people would finally be weaned off of cheap oil, and onto his electric cars. Brilliant gambit!

Propaganda doesn't exist at all? lol wat

Never ask a climate crisis believer why the last ice age ended. Must have been all those mammoths driving suvs, Gobekli Tepe was a coal power plant.

Reminder that even the ardent climate denier lecture-sloppers admit the climate is warming. They just claim that the warming is not an issue. Yet.

Keep trading those carbon credits, goy.

so, how do you propose you fund things without taxes?

Wow. Blaming everything on COVID.
>>
>>224007758
There is a real argument over the response. The only acceptable response right now (according to 'mainstream science' lol) is giving even more power to the people who caused and profited from the problem. The authoritarian left has captured all of the efforts of people who want to work towards a sensible and humane response and diverted into this insane and impossible response. The biggest irony is that it won't even work to slow down climate change or to structure society to survive climate change, all it will do is reward the people who caused the problem and punish the people who are already shouldering all of the problem itself.

I'm going to say no, they shouldn't
But he's a fucking retard. For one, he has nothing against faggots and trannies, so he's already arguing dishonestly
For two, he's acting like ads brainwash people. They don't. Almost all ads are basically just letting people know what products and services are available. which is fine

Has climate.gov explained why banks are offering 30 year and now 50 year mortgages on waterfront property?
Waterfront property isn't even discounted, it's at a premium. Why?
Shouldn't banks price climate change into their valuations? They're acting like they don't expect rising sea levels to threaten waterfront property. So do figures associated with climate change, like Obama's Seafront Hawaii estate.
