It's one of the very few DVDs that I own, simply because I had a friend who really, really fucking loved this movie. I was surprised to learn that it's generally hated.

It was a misstep but has some merit. I wish it was polished up, but it's not good. All the aliens hating Hal for no real reason is dumb. On he's from EARTH? Like, yea?
