>>223992006Armageddon x5Just transcendent
>>223992006This is a just a selection from the Criterion's first 500 releases, from the wiki, that have particularly stood out to me over time. Nothing too surprising here:Robocop, Tokyo drifter, Casablanca, Annie Hall, Akira, Ikiru, Slacker, The Spy Who Came in From the Cold, Last Year at Marienbad, My dinner with Andre, Paris, Texas
>>223992006Ive watched thousands of movies but can never remember their names on the spot
>>223992006>paul dano if he cat
>>223993457Just went through the rest of the releases in the wiki list and I'll throw these on there as well:Watership Down, Blow-Up, Stalker, The Piano Teacher, Sex, Lies and Videotape, Funny Games, Old Joy (not my favorite by Kelly Reichart but wanted to toss something by her on the list), No Country For Oldmen, Sorcerer, SonatineSo much more to explore tons of other movies on there that I've seen and tons i havent. I should check more out.

I nearly turned Marienbad off the first time I watched it bc I was so confused but thankfully did not as it ended up being one of the most incredible movies I've seen.mine:>Kuroneko>The Red Shoes>Night of the Hunter>Vengeance is Mine>MarienbadSword of Doom, War & Peace, Onibaba, and Rules of the Game are up there too
