sometimes the consensus view is wrong. maybe there really are some great episodes in the later seasons, and maybe some of the earlier ones kind of suck.

The show got overly star-struck. They could get almost anyone to guest, but stopped using them properly. A guest shouldn’t play themselves unless it’s a short cameo or a self-deprecating role. I mean, the overall writing quality tanked, but the guest star shit irked me more than the characters becoming parodies of themselves. I stopped caring at Season 10 and completely tapped out during 11, didn’t even bother to watch.
