You're basically paying for them to do it all for you, all you have to do is stand in line and hand the officers your passport. Make sure you fill out the forms exactly as you're instructed. Make sure the pictures match their requirements exactly. If it says a white background, it MUST be; if they say wear a button-up, you MUST wear one (or get it photoshopped on like most ppl do).
Up til around 2015 you could actually do same-day visa runs, but those are gone now. For a new TR visa you need to stay overnight while they "process" your visa (it's really just to get a different date on the stamp). This hotel will be included in the cost. The only thing you cover is any extra food (you often get two meals included) you like or beers at night or whatever.

I don't want to post any of the contacts here publically, but there are a few ones on Line that are professional and have been running this game for well over a decade.
