Making this thread so y'all can talk about your favorite travel experiences and recs.
So far, I've been to Mexico, Chile, France, Japan, Korea and China, and I'm thinking of going back to Europe later on in this year. Places I'm interested in:
    >Portugal
    >Spain
    >Italy
    >Greece
    >Brazil
    >Sweden
    >England
Any thoughts? My budget is about 6k, and I speak english, spanish and french. My interests are food, culture, sightseeing, art and women. Thanks.

    >Any thoughts?
    Have you tried visiting Appalachia?

That said, if I spoke french, I think I would visit Quebec City, if you haven't already.
    >>
    >>2910724
    >Appalachia
    No, though I've been curious.
    >Quebec
Why do you recommend the place? Do you feel like it's worth it over some of the places I mentioned from Europe?
    >>
    >>2910726
    >Why do you recommend the place?
It's a little slice of Europe in America, excellent food, sophisticated, cultured, there's lots to see in winter, then it's maple/sugaring season and you can have fun meals at a sugar shack. Also, it's safe and quiet.
You could see both Montreal and Quebec City, I found the latter, while smaller, to be more distinctive. The biggest obstacle for most is not speaking french. If you do, go.

Everyone does Europe. Do something else.

    >No, though I've been curious.
it can be different experiences - depending on your interests
    horses?
    big south fork
    rock climbing?
new river gorge or red river gorge
    biggest views and normie touristslop?
smokies or presidential mountains in new england
quiet and peaceful hills with excellent fall colors, challenging waterfalls and hikes - north central pa - also great art
asheville,nc is a bigger city with lots of culture

    >My budget is about 6k
For how long? A week? 2 weeks? A month?
Not counting flights, most places in the world you can do under 1k a week assuming you aren't staying in all inclusive resorts and tours.
    >>
    >>2910723
    >Any thoughts

This has to be bait. This is the list of countries i dont want to go to.
    >>
    >>2910728
Thanks, I've been thinking about Canada for some time now, but I'm pretty ignorant about the attractions in there and I kinda dislike really harsh winters. Will look into it now.

    >>2910733
    Good questions, thanks.
I think about 2 weeks minimum, but would prefer a month. I don't usually do tourist agencies, I make my itineraries with AI.
I usually travel with extra cash so I don't run out of money in any situation (happened once because of card troubles and had to ask a friend to borrow me some money to get back home).
    >>
    >>2910744
    >I make my itineraries with AI.
Oh my God we have a literal NPC here
    >>
    >>2910748
Gemini's pretty useful, before that I needed to research for like a month before traveling, and now it takes me maybe a week.
    >>
    >>2910744
Canada is overpriced, boring as shit, and sucks dick. I live in Canada unfortunately...
    >>
    >>2910784
Why would you say it is boring and sucks dick? I've seen the women in there are kinda cute.
    >>
    >>2910736
You have never left your home state though. And never will.
    >>
    >>2910816
Ugly fat middle aged and older women? Okay...
    >>
    >>2910860
Nah, it's more like the mix of indigenous, anglo and french genes make their native women look very different from americans, and that's without mentioning their large immigrant community. I like all kinds of women, that's a part of why I travel in the first place.
    >>
    >>2910875
    >. I like all kinds of women,

Then stay in canada they are world class leaders at genetic littering
    >>
    >>2910883
    I could, yes.

Further proving how much of a brainless goy cattle you are.
Itineraries are fun and easy if you actually have interests
    >>
    >>2910999
I prefer using AI for those kinds of things.
    >>
    >>2911049
Just b careful because ai can be fucking retarded sometime, it just aggregates on volume of relevance and not necessarily recency (how asking google for a good cheesecake spot nearby sent me from ueno to akihabara station for this highly rated on tabelog bakery that had shut down months ago)
    >>
    >>2911055
It can make mistakes, but it usually does its job with a high level of usefulness. I did my trip in Asia based 90% on Gemini's directions, and they always got me from point A to point B without any trouble at all.
    >>
    >>2911058
    >obediently following a corporate machine's directions
    >checking off a list of travel tasks
Wagekeks sure love bringing their workplace mentality on vacation with them.
    >>
    >>2911070
Yeah, it's great, we call that structure and efficiency. I think the lack of it is a reason why the average 4channeler sucks dick at life.

one day you will grow up manchild
    >>
    >>2911055
Why not check on google maps first? It's usually recently up to date if a place has shut down.
    >>
    >>2915394
    He said be careful dumbass

I would do all these countries during winter months. The sights and culture are just as good(if not more cozy) when it's chilly with light rain. Bologna is one of the first cities that came to mind from your list of interests and from there, the greatest hits of Italy are all a short distance away.
    >>
    >>2910723
Those are such vague requirements that can apply to any country.

    >food
What kind? Do you prefer "bit of everything" tapas? Literally eating mama's pasta in an open house? Beer halls? Stuff yourself silly places? Food festivals?

    >culture
    Museums? Theatre? nightclubs? Bars/pubs? Holidays?

    >Sightseeing
City life? impressive architecture? Historical sites? Exploring small towns and villages? mountains, coasts, forests?

    >art
    Galleries, statues, beautiful buildings?

    >women
To pick up in nightclubs or in dimly lit windows?

Any reason you're keeping away from Northern Europe? Weather? Personally I think you're missing out not exploring the Flanders region, especially around xmas.

Italy is genuinely on of the very best cunts to visit. Plenty of beautiful cities, incredible museums, varied lovely nature, you really can’t miss. Love Greece as well, and Southern Spain is very nice too.
I don’t know why would you ever want to visit Sweden though. England is pretty mid as well imo, but the British Museum is quite incredible.
