The big mistake that every knight theorist ever makes is thinking that it will continue to be the ultimate big bad and not just the puppet of someone greater. I think the big clarification of chapter 6 IS in fact the knight’s identity but only because it isn’t as important as what the fandom built it up to be. Whoever it is won’t matter because it will be overshadowed by the real main antagonist of the game.
