There's some that aren't fans of the new Aubrey scenes, specifically where she gets abused like when her mom hits her on the head with a bottle; some just don't like the new scenes period; the manga's pacing is a bit rushed at the worst of times; some aren't a fan of how characterization is handled in some scenes like with Kel in Chapter 17; there's a few adaptational changes from Omori a few aren't fans of; also there's some that just flat out hate the art style and the mangaka on principle since she's drawn shotacon stuff in the past.The manga's in an odd place in that it's Omori's story in a more compact format, but it's also an adaptation. You get new scenes like picrel or Dream Aubrey's encounter in Last Resort, changed scenes like how the church encounter plays out, or even entirely new sequences like how Chapter 17 and 18 play out. Some like it, some don't. I'm personally a fan of the manga in spite of it's issues.
