There's a really decent headsculpt underneath the black metal paint of the Actionverse Doomsday Sentinel! Just paint his face, chest plate, belt center, maybe fill in the weapon port holes, and you have an 8" Soldier class Sentinel for your Marvel Legends to battle!
>>11919675Oh nice, my figure prototype made it to the OP!As mentioned in >>11919024 I managed to print a very successful near-final model. Needs tolerances adjusting and the hip sockets need to be redesigned slightly, but otherwise pretty satisfied with it as a proof-of-concept. Especially as I can essentially take the base file and make it into any body type I want going forward.
I saw this HUNK helmet on aliexpress so picked it up. No idea what figure it's from, maybe the re-issue of the GM Toys Reaper I missed. I love helmeted figures and his design though.I have this Wind Toys blank which is perfect for it, but I'm realizing just how bad my other 1/12 figures are scaled because they're all like 16cm, making this one look small.Might bug me, so currently considering if I'll put it aside and get a VToys or Nottaa body.
>>11919675Thanks for baking. We should at least try to keep one thread on the catalog, especially if we hit image limit.>>11919749That's PVC hard plastic?>>11919756I like that blank and it is perfect for that head. Sometimes, I think people are too hung up on scale. I am sometimes finding myself on the subway trains or bus/shuttles especially in the business district when I took an Uber/Lyft in and even though I'm only 5'10, I can tower over people or have a few tower over me. One time, I am sure it was some high school team because 4 kids who were all over 6' hopped on but even they didn't 'scale' with one another, since one was easily Conan O'Brien sized.
Speaking of hard plastic (arms barely move) toys, I found this Red Hulk for under $3, grabbed to use the head as a huge prop. What can you do with the rest of one of those besides landfill? Figured I might as well pull the arms off - if I can - and set those aside but the rest I neither want nor see an obvious use for?
>>11919785Torso is hard plastic and the rest is PVC like Marvel Legends limbs. Ball joint head, no wrist/ankle or waist movement tho.
>>11919756okay that is useful. neat proportions. 1/12 has all the luck.>>11919786statue prop? doesn't look like the rest is articulated.
>>11920113Yes, it's bigger than even most 1/8-1/10th sculpted action figure heads I have so it's just to have as background.
>>11919786I can probably unscrew and harvest the hands, like the green ones that came in that Legends DP deluxe figure and that folks bug fox cosplay/display. The head is on some sort of peg so it should come off easily. The rest except for maybe the arms? is landfill fodder??>>11919925I can see the articulation joints. You're using regular acrylic paint or something else when you touch something like this up? There's a Spinmaster PVC figure that's a big too cartoon and bright next to your bog standard Legends, Classified, NECA, McFarlane line up, but scale-wise and detail, I hope/think it could look good - after some 'sprucing up.'
>>11920348even minus as many parts as you can remove from it, I say it STILL works well as a statue, for a diorama. So many oeuvres have room for a huge broken statue of a naked guy in the background.
>>11920378Duh sorry.I read your other message as a question of what I wanted the head for NOT as a suggestion. I don't know about his pants, but I could probably sand those down or put it in a pedestal like PICREL. I'll need to figure out a good way to 'dirty' up some white paint to make it look like old statuary. Thanks?
>>11920403yeah I figured the pants would need sanding down, but since there's no ragged edges, that shouldn't be that hard. and you could disguise it with carved in cracks>dirty upi'm pretty sure the pros use actual-ass dust. Like the leftover plastic dust you get after using a grinding tool on shit. Don't even have to mix it into the paint, just sprinkle it on while wet.I also think you wanna do lil brush-flickies, for some splatter. but take it easy with that, fine line between rock-speckle and graffiti.
>>11919752Your thread looks interesting but lacking involvement even though I know from other Gens and elsewhere that there are plenty of people who can chime in with some aspects. I don't have and while I would love a 3D printer, I have enough things I am not keeping up with to create more work for myself. But it did remind me that my local library system has several branches with 3D printers that the public can access. I know library systems in other municipalities do as well and not just big city places like mine, because the last time I did the Pacific Coast Highway train route, we were stuck with a one-hour layover and change of trains at Nixon's birthplace, San Clemente during a heatwave so I rode it out at the library and discovered this town of like 50K had a 3D printer.
The DST Robert Ford arrived. It's the Walgreens exclusive, sold by a 3P marketplace scalper on Target but down to $14.99 and still available.I had to heat him up all sorts of ways front and back and he has some seriously ugly articulation cuts but also has some fun articulation, unlike other older, creakier Diamond Selects. I'm sure he'll make a great mob boss NPC or bank president being robbed or any other number of useful photos and I am thinking of harvesting the head for a Hannibal Lecter on Italian vacation custom, for the LOLZ and to sell.
Thank you OP maker for using my monsters I wonder if I'm going over board on the texturing before painting
Didn't know there was a star wars character that had this exact look until like an hour ago
>>11921598>using my monstersNot OP buy I probably would have done the same, you contributed a lot of progress pictures Also, no, the texture helps make it unique. >>11921705I hope she wasn't expensive, she's all over Ross, DD's and elsewhere for as little as $5.99 and I've seen various versions for as little as $2.99
>>11922095She was $14, hair was from a $6 figure, mouth was from a $10 figure I bought for arms and accessories, so yeah kinda but sadly I live near a Clothes Ross that never carries toys I appreciate that comment about the monsters. Im adding spikes to the ends and am counting on this looking a lot better once I paint it
>>11922250The rough texturing might look off compared to the chest plate though
I should have bought modeling clay because using super glue requires the kind of glue thats been hardening for awhile so you can glob it on and then smooth with a toothpick so you cant really just buy a new one and use (im stupid and inexperienced there is most likely a easier way) since new ones are very liquidy
>>11922334you want two-part putty, not just modeling clay, right? clay doesn't jive very well with figures, I'm told. Plus it's harder to harden
>>11922334Unless you're making molds to recast a clay sculpt with epoxy or resin, clay is too soft (non-hardening) or too brittle (polymer clay) to be used on figures, especially polymer clay because unless you're boiling it the heat needed to harden it will melt/burn the figure's plastic.
>>11922369>>11922351Yeah I just want something that adds mass and I can paint over, so I've been using glue and shaved plastic pieces Good to know I shouldn't buy clay
>>11922390there are some people who swear by sculpey, even though they then have to awkwardly attempt to boil it to harden it, but no.. the prevailing wisdom is that you want apoxie or one of its brethren. The kind of shit that becomes actual-ass plastic so it blends in with what you're making.>>11922369yeah, what this guy said.
>>11922390If it’s filler mass that you need then another option is hot glue (as in the craft melting plastic glue, not the /toy/ slang-word for semen). It’s cheap, easily found at Walmart and even some grocery stores, and is easy to remove if you get some excess drippings or strings.
>>11922334>modeling clay>>11922351>two-part puttyI think it would help everyone else if we agreed on what's what. Putty, I always think of as adhesive and it can be a little on the dry side or more wet, and possibly 'stickier' so harder to shape and handle. Clay is clay, but I am probably coming from an art school background since I have never used it even for a DIOS.Based on >>11922390 (which would be my desire at times), I would think the ideal medium would be something clear (so super glue or translucent adhesive anything) could have an advantage here, but anything that can take paint well could be useful.Like the guy who initiated the convo, I'm also fairly new to making custom action figures.
>>11922878yeah the problem is the terminology gets weird. like, we call plasticine 'clay' but it's not remotely clay, nor is sculpey-type 'polymer clay'. but I guess it's like 'pencil lead,' you just have to roll with it.Superglue can be a fine way to make little translucent bits on something, because it's cyanoacrylate, it basically becomes acrylic when it's done. But there's so many other clear acrylic media you can use that are a lot less unfriendly.the two-part stuff people mostly use for figure customizing is an epoxy putty, such as "apoxie sculpt" so it's not like what you'd normally think of as putty. but it IS adhesive, so it will stick to the figure, and it is moldable like clay (and sandable afterward). You're meant to work on it with latex gloves, but it shouldn't stick too hard to your hands (I mean it will a little)Other alternatives include the famous Milliput (less sticky on you), "Green Stuff" (more firm), uhh just look it up, there's a lot of complexity to this shit, including whether water smooths or dissolves it...
>>11922407>ApoxieSo when people talk about sculpting hair or a different nose on an existing buck to turn it into a custom, this is what they are talking about? And does the type matter for something like that?I doubt I would try to make say an entire arm, or boots, but I can see making say Spock ears or Elf ears or a very pointed nose for something.
>>11922881oh yeah, magic sculpt is another brand, i'm told it's a bit lighter?Basically each one has its own characteristics, so you'd have to ask someone who's used all of them (unlike me, who is just good at looking this shit up, and has been listening to tons of people talk about it for years now) about specifics. I do know that it's better at holding fine detail (e.g. hair) after it's been sitting out for a sec, eating up some of the limited time you have to work with it. So you get the rough shapes in while it's quite soft, then the detail as it starts to firm.>an entire armyeah you probably couldn't>bootsover existing feet, I think you could. but the ankle joints would probably give you problems.>ears or nose accessoriesexactly, that's what it's for. just adding onto existing plastic as if it was sculpted that way in the first place.man, I need to get on with my customs projects already, I've been prepared for ages. I'm gonna build a skeleton under the parts I'm largely making from scratch, with ball joints and everything. Gonna be so cash.
>>11922885>>11922880>terminology gets weirdGood luck with your project. I need to get back to some of mine, since I have several things in actual progress and a ton of ideas. But I keep buying more bits and pieces and getting more ideas! And yeah terminology is weird, I went to art school so "clay" means something specific to me even though I personally didn't work with it or have to do much with it in classes.>over existing feetBut thanks for the detailed replies.I will have to think about using it for boots. I would like to change some of the specific spare shoeless bucks I have that are barefoot or are humanoid animals with bared claw feet but the only specific project I have was turning this into a fitted space suit with boots, and I was planning to do it with a parts swap. But I should try making the boots as a challenge and learning experience.
>>11923032given how hard it is to get good paws, or feet when you want them and don't have them, I'd definitely TRY a parts swap first.
>>11923032>mid thigh cutsGOD I wish the Super7 style of thighs was more common. Yeah it limits how far the thigh can swivel, but real life does that too. thigh cuts just.. kill it kinda.
Does anyone here got experience with air drying clay? How is the durability? I never used something like that before but for example pic related (just the walls) shouldn't be that hard to make?
>>11923341it's no good for figures, but it's the standard for diorama stuff like this. that and styrene foam. I haven't made anything with it except cute sculptures, and they were not super durable. still, more than foam
>>11923341I think you could do a lot of your image with free cardboard, free (or cheap) insulation foam, foam core, stickers, color printer sheets and some clay or similar for architectural effects and that window. I can't remember if it was here or on the dioramas subreddit, but someone did the SW fighter base that was cut into that mountain as a dios and did it as I am describing.
Hmmm, how strange that one mask took the Fusion Firm Gold paint better than the other. Kinda annoying actually, might have to do with my first attempts at painting them though.>>11922808>>11922878>>11922407I am taking all this into consideration and not ignoring it but I spent too much money on parts so I cant buy anything else till next payday oops
>>11923822good, good.
Don't know Japanese but looks good for those that do
>>11923920smooths out water slides?
If this ax was harder plastic I would paint it first and then put in the head but alas it is soft >>11923920Decal eraser seems really good but I don't know what those products are
>>11924037well one of them is enamel paint thinner, the kinda shit that comes in testors type paint (you know, glass bottles, metal lids, because anything plastic would dissolve)the second one is.. uhh.. Kitchen brand 'Magiclean' and then I can't read the rest.
Im doing a thing with all of these monsters where they have a green metal on most of them, and I thought I would use it on the ax, I textured it so it would look dull and shitty but with the paint it might look like candy foil? Might go over it with silver unless I love this on Monday >>11924043Thank you for what you did tell me though
At the very least I like the gore effect I did. I cant seem to take a picture that shows this well but I inserted two pieces of plastic into the glue that make it look like his tongue is dangling down and its cut in two pieces, similar to how like his face has all these cuts (nobody would notice this) and missing skin
>>11924695As in nobody will notice the tongue when its on a shelf, not the cuts on the face But it was fun
I guess this kinda shows it. >>11924696The idea is he cuts off heads and puts them into the hole in his ax
>>11924699aw that's naaastywell done
>>11924694>>11924695>>11924699It all conceptually looks good, I was looking for a broad sword today and coincidentally ended up dragging all these baggies of weapons out and found all these old axes. I think some are 2000s era - I guess Toy Biz for the LotR movie figures? The plastic feels denser and thicker, less flimsy than the more modern stuff. But it made me think of your project as I was going through them. Why metallic green on the axe? It's a nice dark color but I don't think of it for an axe?
>>11924878all I can see is how he's so strong he broke the haft in his grip
Is painting the flexible clear plastic on this possible? If so, what kind of paint?
>>11926062It should take paint fine. I assume you still want some translucency - you may loose that partially, or completely. I would try markers first, on say the corners, as if it was gradiation. Kind of like this dragon wing drawing (and other, similar images you can find for yourself with a browser search)?
>>11924878>Why metallic green on the axe? It's a nice dark color but I don'tOh everything in this fraction has green metal so this guy gets an ax
>>11926116this is... truly bizarre wing anatomy, for someone with skills like this to willingly make.
>>11926429Eh, I knew what I wanted an example of but didn't know where to find the best - and I have ublock and java script and other blockers and I think that gives me worse browser search results.
>>11926477i hear you, I was just randomly whining because I want to make a youtube video series that criticizes this shit and redlines it.
Hope this club looks like wood with gold and jewels on it at a first glance
>>11927023hmm. maybe it's the lighting, but it looks more like plastic wood with plastic jewels. you know, like a prop on Legends of the Hidden Temple or something.
>>11927079Understood Im not sure how to fix that but it might look fine on a shelf
>>11927111yeah I think for a prop this small, it's probably fine. a little gloss coat on the gems might help, a little matte coating on the wood... that, or very fine woodgrain incisions to break up the smooth gloss. and that's stupid for one so small, nobody could ask for that. I'm sure in-hand it's fine.
>>11927115Hey, how DOES using nail polish on figures work? Fine? Does it not stick?
>>11927157Yes. Used it on actual wood (display/diorama) and on a Hasbro figure. Was trying various shades of mostly green pen marker paint to turn the neck of an African American Classified figure into camo, and tried using a small bit of this green nail polish. Took to plastic fine (but does 'glop' so needs to be sparingly applied and smoothed out - depending on what you are after - but was too glossy, once dry, next to the KO Gundam marker pens I was mostly using. Not completely happy with the results generally, think I need other, different greens? - so set that project aside while I get more, eventually.
holy hacknslash, are we back?
>>11927157NTA but it's basically lacquer paint; I've found it airbrushes nicely if you thin it with Mr. Thinner and is really, really tough.
>>11927182Sadly yes
>>11927241eyyy you're not enjoying yourself?
>>11927023Yeah - some gloss like here >>11927115 or some lacquer or something on the jewels would help. The wood also needs something but the color is fine and on display, it might be fine. It's not a dining room table or wood panels on a dios. I'm going to work on a bench next, before I try a love seat or barcalounger type seat with actual sewing. And plan to just use wood varnish on actual wood once I am done.Maybe if you just varnish some of the brown areas very lightly? I got the idea from pic rel which is what I am going to use as my design concept for the bench.
This is not expensive - and looks like cheap plastic, especially for a model kit - and I like the trash can idea, but will make something that works with a wood bench but it's cool that this stuff is so easy to find online
>>11927343The break was welcome. If it wasn't raining, I would be buying toys (and returning two) - but since it's two different open air shopping districts, I would just get my bags and the toys I am returning wet. I am going to a lunch meeting tomorrow and the rain will stop by the time that's done. In the meantime, even though I should be doing something productive, lying in bed while rain loudly falls, makes shit-posting just feel right!
>>11927369gotta say, having had a really long day and getting home within like, 5 minutes of dinner being done and 20 minutes of the site coming back, I have really gotten a sense of ... sometimes wasted time is okay.
Originally I was just gonna glue these on, but when I added glue to the inner layer to make the plastic less soft for painting, it pooled around the hole so now everything fits snuggly>>11927115>>11927347I do have gloss actually Thats a good idea
Also had to wait like two weeks for my primer to ship and its still not here so I've been unable to finish my robot arms.I wonder if this is enough space for primer and spray paint
Also I need to think of something that can fit around this cut to hide it. Its too bad Dreadnok Torch is so expensive now his little spiked arm collar might have fit
>>11927717I have been saving twist ties, Everytime I order something liquid from Walmart that they ship instead of do a store delivery driver, they send it in a plastic bag tied by a twist tie. Target and Bezos probably do the same thing. If you don't order from them that often, a co-worker or neighbor, friend might? Originally, I was going to turn it into a belt but I couldn't figure out a good watch to make a latch so it could come on and off. But the idea was sound. Most twist ties are probably too wide for you forearm, but anything like it should work?
Made this guy. Took a dasin body, some articulated icons samurai armor. Idk wth to call this guy. Looking to make tactical mercenary as well.
>>11927712I'm not sure the proportions are preserved here, but... neat, cybershins.>>11927715I've never considered how spray paint would or wouldn't get into tight crevices.. always been handbrushing. THINKING of getting into spraying someday, when there's money and a house.>>11927717I feel like something meant for a collar or whatever is going to work best here. got any spare figures with something around their necks?

Do you guys have any ideas on where to start with customs for these guys? Those figuarts kid Deku and Bakugo might be about the riht size for a Fuusuke custom, but I don't even think those are up for preorder yet, let alone available. Taison shouldn't even be a hard custom, but there are no school uniform figures that match his build. There's the figma R Ichiro Tanaka and Figuarts Okarun, but they're both 98lb weaklings who have never lifted a day in their lives. I know I had seen them since (2025?) when looking through the catalog but didn't realize it was dead gone until it was mentioned in one of the recent/current threads about /toy/ moderation, jannies, etc. I don't know why people are so weird about being an OP for a gen, especially when they are complaining about the quality or the lack of new thread. I've done OPs for a few gens I am barely interested in and one I am very into (but that one has had about 3/4 people take that on). I almost did the b/s/t until I realized it had been removed by a janitor and didn't want to get banned myself.
>>11927946lul>>11928031I bought an artist proof marine for the bits but I should have just printed them. I painted the helmet and boltgun to be clean to match the overall aesthetic of the figure but I let myself play around a little with the glowing eyes and freehand cross on the purity seal. I used a bracelet chain from the dollar store.
>>11929947I also re-repainted the head on the Sister of Battle, giving her more eyeshadow, narrowing her eyes, and darkening her eyebrows. I'm really tempted to go in and paint stuff like the buttons on her pouches.
I didnt think this through, which is typical of meI'm most likely gonna have to cut off all of this
>>11929957Do you attempt to make these so you can still swap - at least some parts out - like that arm? I would say you can probably remove that carefully, trim down something but maybe get some tracing paper (or reuse something that would work like tracing paper, trace around that piece and figure out a bit what definitely needs to go and what doesn't. I'm doing something with this Legends BAF piece but think I need to cut that upper, extra armor piece. I'm planning to draw out by tracing so I can get a feel for what I end up. I assume you're just free-handing stuff, which I am as well, just being anal with some things.
>>11929841sad, but common.>>11929957or just limit his range a bit
Okay uh the lacquer works great with gold and any other color but for silver, maybe on this soft plastic only, it always cracks. First one is dried for a week, then the lacquer, second one is dried for three days, as recomended, then the lacquer, third is just mr hobby top coat over the paint. Only Mr Hobby isnt sticky. >>11929995They can be removed with hot water but like mentioned here >>11930023 the range is bad more more importantly I wouldnt be able to get his torso armor on
Not putting it past this me doing something wrong but...Mirror finish, then lacquer cracks it.
Speaking of, I should probably use lacquer for this instead of top coat
>>11929841you're a hero anon. I think probably a combo of ops putting in a lot of effort, phone posters, not wanting to fuck it up and not wanting to step on others toes.
>>11930054>>11930049Those look good - I M H O - how did you get the lacquer so smooth? The boot is sprayed on? I guess brushing is what I am asking about. on the top three, were those brushed on lacquer or sprayed? I don't have examples, but on my efforts, even using different brushes, you can still see strokes and I tried smoothing it out afterwards - even blotting the way women do with make-up - and that just seems to 'dull' the sheen you get with lacquer, which feels like defeating part of the pointPersonally, I think the appearance, the different textures and looks you can get, are neat, because real life isn't smooth plastic perfection.
>>11930386Both the lacquer and the silver paint have little brushes like nail polish I dont mind the cracking on the dinosaur helmets but I do wish it wouldnt crack on the leg extender, just because that will be more front and center. Im gonna try excessive silver coats
Ill never use spray paint again but I ultimately like how he came out, lumpy armor and all (which I like more than his smooth chest armor)
I should have bought some of these in white. It barely shows up lmao
>>11930498If those are decals, you can invest in translucent sticker paper and print out your own. You don't even need your own color ink or printer, unless you have to have one for a home office. I just go to the library or to FedEx Kinkos.
>>11930607nta, but do you mean you can just put it into a normal printer and make stickers?
>>11930610I am also curious if that's what anon meant, because he said you "don't need your own color ink or printer" which doesn't really make sense as a sentence.
>>11930607They are stickers from Toyhax yeah Making my own is something I havent ventured into yet but I should
>>11930610>but do you mean you can just put it into a normal printerYepI have some full sheet (8.5x11) but almost any Staples or Office Depot will carry (or you can order on-line) either glossy or matter "clear" mailing labels. It's thinner than most decals or stickers you purchase but you could also double up and even "laminate" several together if you wanted to make them thicker. You will need to "finish" them if you're going to do that the same way you would a paint job, otherwise the edges might peel up when you stack them to get a thicker look. You can buy thicker, decal type (and even vinyl printer label paper), but I am not sure that comes in clear/translucent sheets. Also, not every printer can take a thicker vinyl label paper - but you should be able to off-set insert them into a color copier at FedEx Kinkos. That's what i do when I am trying to get a color print out and using card stock. You use the side feeder of the copy machine.>>11930643>which doesn't really make sense as a sentence.Sorry if it was awkwardLast printer I owned was more than a decade and three moves ago. Like blenders and other cheap things, when I moved, I sold it. I had stopped using it to print when I stopped doing photography prints because that type of printer paper got expensive so I had also stopped buying color ink cartridges as well.I know friends who had to set up home offices during lockdown and two of them were not reimbursed for what their companies considered "unnecessary" or "excess equipment" (desks were excess, for example, for one, since he has a table, he was told) and color ink cartridges were considered "unnecessary" in both cases. THAT'S what I was thinking in the case of someone who owned their own printer and buying color printers. Almost every library I have ever used in any city to print out something has at least one color printer you can access. FedEx Kinko's certainly does. And at most will charge a tiny amount for one color print.
>>11919675Hey, does anyone have advice for bases? I was hoping to make the Class of '09 bitches for my sister (birthday in December), but the best bases I can find like the Minnee dolls or Mirror Mi are all blind-boxed.Doesn't even have to be a mini fashion doll. Basically any little figurine that'd look good.
>>11931126The coomer toys general may actually know better for female bases
>>11930943huh, I had no idea.okay, I thought so, the issue is you said "ink or printer" suggesting you would somehow have "your own ink" for someone else's printer.
>>11931126If you plan to sculpt onto them for the clothing, Hobby Base’s Sozai-chans are a good base to use. You can also look for 1/12 doll clothes for them. Figma Makoto from the Figma Styles might work for the head of the one with the dark hair. For the blonde, maybe use the head of Figma Shimakaze or Figma Bikini Darkness (both of which have cheap bootlegs available, last I checked).
does anyone have any experience with whale body? i try to get a full rotation on the thigh and it stuck in this position and i try EVERYTHINGwater, hot air, lubemy fingers hurts
>>11931388Nothing to say that can help, but love that he’s stuck doing the Chad Strut. Put him next to a Sozai-kun or Body-kun doing the Virgin Walk.
>>11931171>suggesting>somehowJust awkward typing on my part. Was either on my phone or doing too many things at once or interrupted or something.Do see how people could share printers.I shared a flatbed scanner with someone who needed the use, and finally gave it to them later that year when I was getting rid of stuff, before a move.
Okay maybe done with my first resurrected Aztec Cyborg Iron Grenadier. Have to decide if the chest would look better with a matte coat or if its fine hyper shiney, but I sure did learn my lesson about soft plastic painting and spray paints with this
>>11931388I would think direct heat from a blow dryer should do the trick. Try again.
>>11931892that, and twist it back t'other way from whence it started.
>>11931388As said on the OP, you can use Silicone grease/oil to help with stiff joints, think of it as lubing car parts, less friction!
>>11932107Yeah, agreed but I normally just get it accomplished with heat, typically multiple and/or long enough applications of direct heat. >>11931892Excellent point. You have to 'baby' these sometimes.
Glued the belt on after cutting off the top of the overlay because it matched the legs I wanted without checking to see if it would cover the whole ass.I guess this will have to do (over thinking about a part of the figure nobody will ever see)
I hate when you see one thing on a new figure that you want for a custom but nothing else about it is attractive to you
>>11932483if only we had some kind of matchmaking service where you're like "Who would split the cost of a figure/pack with me if I want this part?"
>>11932483I wait for shit to go on deep discount. I just wanted this toilet as a toy photography prop.
>>11932674And this 'deep' clearance was less than Ross. I also realize people complain about gas but I usually do my toy shopping when I have to be somewhere for something else, like a workshop or a breakfast meeting. And usually someone else pays for that gas. Plus I almost always end up with store credit or gift cards to Target. At the moment, I have $60+ in my app wallet and none of it is actual cash from my bank account or from an actual friend gifting me. I hit two target's and couldn't find anything to buy except for a $3.50 Minions and Monster set that comes with accessories and props.
