Food, accessories/toys, and activities have 5 different traits and whatever trait is the most at the time of evolution+care mistakes is what they'll evolve into. I like that it caters to both people that like to just do whatever and dont care about what evo they get and people that like to plan out their routes. Care mistakes are so hard to get and evolution times are so short on modern devices that you have to intentionally neglect your tama to get anything 6+.
>>11920576I find the easiest way is to keep the hunger at 1 unit, then every 45-ish minutes (depends on the character) hunger will go to 0 and they'll call for attention. 15 minutes later, the call will expire and that will be counted as a care miss (they might also get sick, but that's not a big deal)so basically, to get a specific care miss count, just set a timer every hour-ish for when the care miss will have happened so you can feed them 1 unit and reset the counter

If you're not going for a perfect tama just do one of the crappy minigames that give very little hapiness. Keep on top of feeding until it has 3 biome symbols in the cell then stop. Now when it evolves it's dead simple to get 1-2 mistakes right away then feed it and sitter it. If you want the crappy tamas just ignore it for the rest of the day even the kid stages can survive a day of no interaction.
