They are called "pogo sticks" and they are riding toys. A "pogo" is a brand of hot dog on a stik. they are not related. Pogo sticks have had long history and continue to do so. Commander Keene also uses a Pogo stick in game. Here's another riding toy. Cars you peddle and "Big Wheels" also fall in this category. You are also lazy in not finding a real photo.
THIS is what you can do on a pogo stick. it is a TOY. So are kids bikes, tykes and non motorized scooters.
