113 minutes is the longest 1h53min ( the international cut) Vietnam is shorter no info on bluray.com hkg movie but English is spoken throughout this whole movie.

It seems there are three cuts Festival, International (US), and SEA. If you can specify which one you're looking for please let me know I'd be happy to download it and ship it to you. Otherwise I won't be able to download every release to check as they apparently have the exact same runtime.

I did check on QQ the runtime is slightly shorter at 1 hour and 52 minutes.
