I love the Bs of the PL - Brentford, Brighton and Bournemouth. They are humble clubs with modest support yet they are really well-run and regularly beat the crap out of the "big" clubs. Every year they are stripped of their best players by the big boys. Every year they find new ones and turn the big boys over. They are now getting so good they are edging some of the Big Six out of the CL places. Can they stay there? At what point will they be considered "big" clubs? What is the secret to their success? What IS their secret, anyway? They obviously have very good scouting set-ups but that doesn't explain how they mould these prospects into effective teams season after season.
