What will be completed first, the stadium or the corruption case around where most of the money for it went.

I'm kind of mad that they still intend to share the stadium. But I am relatively pleased with the capacity, 71500 seems okay. Kind of humiliating to have to go smaller, but still a decent size. Wasn't sure whether they'd go lower or not
1.2 billion price tag is a lot, and 2032 is a relatively tight schedule
Surprised it doesn't have a closable roof. It seems fairly modest in features. Sure, it can host NFL games and concerts, but this seems fairly standard all in all
    And it looks quite fine

Within the next 20 years, my club apparently needs a new stadium. I am very nervous, >we'd need a bigger one but don't have that much money. Seeing an 1.2 billion price tag on a stadium with 71,500 seats without apparent fancy features scares me

the design studio behind this roofless eyesore is made of amerigolems, it couldn’t be otherwise given that both Milan teams are owned by investment funds from over there.
the funny thing is that the bloke who led the project is Norman Foster (who also designed The Gherkin in London), who by his own admission has said:
    >"More recently, I discovered that there are two legendary teams that call this one stadium home"
just imagine what must have come out of it as the work progressed.
    >>
    >>158422237
Norman Foster's original family name was Feinstein
    think about that

Interestingly, the Commanders‘ Stadium will have 6,500 fewer seats, but more than triple the price
    Probably

That's modern American stadium development for you. More Luxury Boxes and bloated construction budgets because the government is paying.
