No player in history has or will ever say,"I was inspired by Harry Kane""I was inspired by Dembélé""I was inspired by Rodri"The Ballon d'Or is already a footnote only a day later.Has the Ballon d'Or lost its prestige?
I don't know about you and others. But I felt genuinely represented by Harry Kane and he is a good human being. There are plenty of English and German kids who will and does feel inspired by him. Kane and Rodri are the most intelligent high IQ players in the world and they show us you don't need to have pace, flashy skillz, tiktok edits, ego, narcissism o algo to succeed in football. If I had a son I would tell him to look up to those two.

Players like Kane or Rodri can only be appreciated by white men. Humility, sportsmanship, hard work, the ability to see through the game and influence it rather than ending up in failed dribbles, those things don't appeal to the brown masses.

>>158395895did you use chatgpt for this thread lol
you still has to wonder who shared this video to the chinese, it sure wasn't some random video they found.
Pretty sure there are already loads of professionals who are openly inspired by Kane.
>>158395923>There are plenty of English and German kids who will and does feel inspired by himNot really. I train children and despite being respected Kane isn't a player any child looks up too. He's simply too average. They percieve him as a guy who is like their dad but incredibly talented at football but they love players who are more celebrity like.
>the modern players who inspire the youth are all gay tiktok edit farmersGrim. WW3 cant come soon enough
>>158395923Trvke, browns fail to understand this
>>158395895>Kanequiet, effective, does a bit more. imo, he is the most underrated striker, alongside Solkjaer. He isnt just reliable in front of goal (but, unlike Lewa, Suarez etc, i dont think he can score low Xg chances), but he has an excellent pass and attitude (opposite of greedy Mbappe and CR7), elevating the team attack as a WHOLE. Especially in the post Messinaldo era where stats farming is king, i reeeeeeally appreciate him. >Dembelehumble hard worker, a proper example of a mans duty. He was overhyped (barca years etc), but when he saw that it wasnt working, he changed his game to better assimilate with how the game flows and is now the guy who gives the finishing touch (something many teams, like Orlando Pirates, struggle with despite playing really exciting football) after good buildup or in tough scenarios. a difference maker.>Rodriimmensely overrated. i hate him for stealing Vinis Balloon (as did Benzema), but the concept of him is actually good. he provides a good foundation for the team to fall back on when flashy plays dont work out. i suspect his teams would lose more or concede more if he didnt provide a good foundation. good player, albeit overrated.>verdictthat said, i dont think any of them did enough to deserve the award. that said, balloon award is about being better than others right now, not in history. Obviously, after Messi, Salah and pre-surgery Vini, no one looks good enough. that Doesnt matter. its simply about who is the least bad of this weak era. Remember Owen? Nedved? Modric? not exactly flashy, but still fitting winners at that time.as for this year. Kvara is the most capable plauer, but spending half the season out outright reduces his contributions tally. Mbappe is obviously flashy, but he takes away from the team and therefore qualifies as one of the worst players ever (he weakens his team instead of adding to it). Yamal looks good amd does good, but his world cup campaign was severely biased in favour of Euro...
to continueworld cup allowed euro teams to straight up wrestle opponents down while still blowing for the slightest touch from Africans etc. it was honestly disgusting to watch. pure capitalism, no football to love. utterly disgusting.yamals first goal had him straight shoving an opponent before going on to score/assist. and it was clear he was in line with the bias, so i cant even look at him as a good person.Kane was good for Bayern, but not more than Yamal is for Barca and his world cup didnt impress me. He edges Yamal on minute points, but he doesnt clear him cleanly.Olise was underwhelming compared to what i expected (Bundes hype), but even besides that high bar, he really didnt stand out. Dembele and midfielders did more work imo.Belli is very good, but Mbappe is dragging every Madrid player down in order to stat pad, so his contributions are low overall. If England had won, then he would be the favourite for me.As for Messi, before the "lost on purpose" conspiracy, there is the England threw it away conspiracy. So he did not actually get Arg to the final. Nonetheless, that Arg team has nothing in the immediate, compared to super teams like France, England and even Morocco. So in terms of pure contributions, he had the best tournie and possibly even the best year.Salah simply didnt have an outstanding world cup. if he did, he would be my vote. severely underperforming for country.Vini had Madrid for team and Brazil for country. he simply didnt perform, tho i blame mbappe for that at Madrid. Raphinha likewise didnt perform for Brazil. Endrick can surpass Yamal, but his coaches must give him a chance first.so you had players who were either the best for their country, club or neither. since the award is about overall contributions, the latter group takes it. Kane or Dembele get my vote. hmm, i choose Dembele

>>158395895why don't you try to focus on the good news?even if you aren't happy, this was still the least ridiculous outcomeit could have been ten times worse, if yamal wonor a thousand times worse, if mbappe won
