>same 6 teams win the CL all the timeHow do we fix this shit sport
>>158385213Arsenal will win bruv
It's not a sport anymore. It's whoever can cheat their way into putting more money into a club that wins it all.The days of a dark horse winning it are long gone.
Current champ is from a country that has only won it once ever...before them. Like what are you even saying...
*high pitch nerd voice*Current champ is from a country that has only won it once ever...before them. Like what are you even saying...
>>158385318France is not a country, it's a shithole
>>158385234psg only started winning after they got rid of all the expensive players though
>>1583852136 is a decent amount desu, it’s past time for a super league though
i think we need a new league consisting of the best teams, perhaps a super league of sorts
>>158385532Yeah but they spent an unholy amount of money building the team they have now.
>>158385705
>>158385729Just stole that reaction pic.Anyway, I wouldn't be surprised if PSG used the same shady deals $hitty did, but nothing will happen to them because it's France's only relevant team in the CL.
>>158385744I just wanted an excuse to post it lel
>>158385213Salary Cap.
>>158385820How are you gonna implement this in a league where teams get promoted and relegated, that's gonna end in chaos
>>158385939Superleague.
>>158385213Go back to pre Bosman ruling where clubs can only use 3 foreigners>>158385820A luxury tax would be better than a salary cap
Universal salary cap + banning bayern from the tournament until someone else wins the Bundesliga
>>158385213ban Arab moneyban Real Madrid
>>158385213add to that: almost all leagues have only 2 big teams that win it 90% of the time despite having thousands of smaller clubs. So, what their point?
>>158385213For all leagues>salary cap of 150 million max, but adjusted for inflation, taxes, and purchase power parity - this must be super strictly controlled>Bosman Law on foreigner share partially repealed. At the very least, each team should have five or six players from their respective countries on the pitch>no multi-club ownership whatsoever>possibly a global 50+1 rule without exceptions>CL games being reduced/return to the old format simply to diminish its profit maxxing approach that unbalances national competitions>different distribution of money made in the CL in favor of smaller clubs, maybe even participating leagues in general
Lads, salary caps will never work. They still earn millions on the side on publicity stunts and other prizes.Move on from that idea already.
https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Los_Angeles_Clippers_salary_cap_scandal
>>158399397What matters is what the club spends. Bayern having to half their salary budget would of course make them weaker. If players earn money on the side, it's okay - as long as it doesn't come from the club via proxyOf course, this is impossible to implement and control in a global sport. But idealistically speaking, it is an option and would help. Perhaps it would have been doable 30-40 years agoIn an ideal world, there would be a salary cap. It is not wrong to say this
>>158385213Euros will never implement a salary cap because that would be tacitly admitting the USA was correct about something
>>158385213Max 3 foreign players per squad.
>>158406411it doesn't even work tublord >>158399427 >>158399397
>>158399427but that was a team apparently getting around the cap and it was a scandal>>158406411I think you're right. Look at this, these are the number of different teams winning each major competition since 2000 and whether they have a salary cap>nhl13, yes hard cap>nba13, yes soft cap + luxury tax>nfl13, yes hard cap>mlb16, no but has luxury tax>ucl11, no>la liga5, yes (squad cost limit + rules)>epl6, no>bundes6, no>league 18, nothe outliers are the MLB which has no cap but a high number of winners and la liga which has a cap and a low number of winners but I would imagine spaniards are absolutely corrupt like we are, other than that it seems a salary cap increases the number of winners
Is there any football competition that would suit me—given that I hate Islamic countries, hate Islam, hate teams with Arab owners, and hate sponsors from Islamic countries—and that is pro-Israel and pro-Jewish?
>>158408889All the big leagues are pro Jewish. Look at the rainbow flags everywhere in the prem.
>>158409286But I'm looking for something where there aren't teams whose owners are shitty Muslims.Besides, that "Free Palestine" bullshit makes me absolutely sick.
>>158408889>>158409334based Bundes of course
>>158409344Reasons why the German Bundesliga would be ideal for me?By the way, do you have any teams whose founding year is 2002 or later? (I only accept teams that were born alongside the Euro in their country)
>>158409382no muzzie scum in the bundesRB Leipzig is your new favourite club
>>158409434Thanks Germany
>>158399397Tell that to Mbappe.
>>158409434>RB Leipzig>>158409440Consider Lok Leipzig instead. They were founded as a new club after going extinct in 2004. Currently caught in the bottleneck of the Regionalliga (won the last 2 leagues, still didn't promote. now that the champion promotes for sure, they're stuck in the middle of the table nowhere near 1st place). Everybody hates Red Bull and would call you as plastic as them (you are plastic for supporting a foreign team, but you can still say your Grandpa was from Leipzig when he went to Latinxland in the 40's or something). You wouldn't have to worry about muslims or jews or anything with Lok, the fans aren't very subtle about being nazis, so there's none of this bullshit.
