Marketed as a replacement for Benzedrine after the legal ingredient (amphetamine) was banned circa 1970.You see, it’s sold as an inhaler, absorbed as an oil into a cotton plug in a plastic housing. To prevent abuse, the freebase propylhexedrine oil is mixed with lavender oil and menthol, which gives it a nice smell but horrendous taste. This does not sufficiently deter a speedfreak. After retrieving the cotton plug, the prospective user soaks it in a mild acid such as soda or lemon juice, to shift the equilibrium from the freebase of the drug to the water-soluble acid salt, thus depositing the active ingredient in the liquid after a few minutes.Unfortunately, some of the lavender and menthol oil invariably is deposited into the liquid after as well despite low solubility. The result was a “potion of speed” (as me and my proto-tweaked friends called it) that tasted unbelievably foul but was insanely strong. Imagine the worst tasting medicine you have ever had, mixed with menthol, multiplied by 1000x, and I still guarantee you that the flavor of this was worse.In any case, most of that year was divided between doing math while geeked and jacking off for hours on end. I promise you that both of these activities felt just as good.Unfortunately, the whole affair is Icarian in the end, as I had to quit before blowing up my heart after suffering stimulant-induced venous insufficiency (propylhexedrine is more cardiotoxic than meth). Good times!

>>17083705I almost feel bad for you, as a fellow former speed freak, meth is so much better than everything else its unreal. a totally different tier of immersion and pure euphoria compared to diet speed, which is already amazing. the bad thing about is that it lasts twice as long, it lasts obscenely fucking long which means you are practically gauranteed to be awake for days on end doing all kinds of damage to yourself in the process. I also had to stop because I felt my heart blowing up in my chest one day which will sober you up real quick.

That being said, route of administration does change the experience of the drug quite drastically, which is why crack addicts are generally worse than cocaine addicts.What you are retardedly arguing is analogous to somebody asserting that DMT and Psilocin are the same drug, given that one is “merely” a hydroxylated version of the other.
