Don't smoke.Don't drink alcohol.Don't get fat.Use sunscreen.Eat fibers.Do the bare minimum physical exercise.Don't eat more than 3 servings of red meat per week.Don't eat rotten wheat, transformed or burned meat.If it's not too late, get vaccinated for HPV.Anything beyond those is at best way more effort than the risk reduction is worth.
