2 billion years ago it was possible to create all the forms of life we see today but it is no longer so (or to be more accurate it was back then possible to continue evolution without limits)

more than 1 billion years ago, bacteria were bottlenecked, non archae-bacteria, meaning just the regular bacteria, are forever locked in simplified form, they cannot evolve into multicellular life

meanwhile archae continued to create multicellular fungi, plantae, and animalia

then prototypes of single celled archae died out and only specialized niches survived for the future
(those who live in hot thermal vents or in super acid conditions and other weird adaptations)

no archae exist today which can create multicellular life, there will never be new beginnings of multicellular life again since all single celled organisms capable of doing that have died

animals were bottlenecked 550 million years ago, the genes that allow new body forms were selected out and they can never happen again
but for a short time dozens of different animal body types evolved, in merely less than 100 million years

    locked in forms:
-snail (octopus is a snail from a branch which was not yet completely locked into a non mutable snail body)

    a bit more variable form:
    -insect/crustacean/spider
(they have more numerous species than most other animals and all have variying forms except only the insects show remarkable variety because insects retain 550 million year old mutable DNA material which everyone else lost, except for vertebrates who also have it)

    really locked:
-penis worms, they have looked exactly the same for like 700 million years

    plants:
-land plants look like animals in many ways, ocean plants are really primitive on the level of bacteria, but due to some stroke of luck, just one of the plant ancestors, maybe 500 million years ago, which made a succesful landing, was from a lineage that retained the mutable DNA found from 500 million year old organisms

The more evolved you are the smaller your DNA is

I understand the sentiment but some of this is just completely wrong.

    >then prototypes of single celled archae died out and only specialized niches survived for the future (those who live in hot thermal vents or in super acid conditions and other weird adaptations)
your understanding of archaea is about 50 years out of date, they're way more common than we thought
and the Asgard archaea that eventually became eukaryotes were likely among those hyperspecialized extremophiles, so specialized they were essentially bound to those bacteria they eventually engulfed, their new mitochondrial motors then gave them the surplus energy to produce increasingly complex organisms

    >animals were bottlenecked 550 million years ago, the genes that allow new body forms were selected out and they can never happen again
you basically have it the other way around, it's the apparition of genes that fixed body plans that both allowed the initial explosion in forms and locked in each phyla.

    >only the insects show remarkable variety because insects retain 550 million year old mutable DNA material which everyone else lost
crustaceans are by far the most incredibly variable arthropods, insects have rather rigid body plans by comparison, though they're more diverse and mutable than arachnids etc admittedly.

    >ocean plants are really primitive on the level of bacteria
kind of correct, most green algae are very basic outside of some land plants that recolonized the ocean, but you should look outside plants proper, into brown algae and especially kelp (which in fact appeared rather recently)

    > insects have rather rigid body plans by comparison
If we want to be really autistic then insects are really just land crustaceans (given some crustaceans are more closely related to insects than they are to other crustaceans)
    > arachnids
Yeah arachnids are kind of cucked by insects doing nearly every conceivable niche much better than arachnids ever could, and so they’re pigeonholed into the niche of tiny predator because that’s the only place where they’re competitive at all

I think the OP was just confused between decapods (which ARE pretty limited in body plan variety) and the broader crustacean group Insects are technically pancrustaceans and a probable offshoot of something like branchiopods or remipedes, yeah. But it's hard to look at amphipods, barnacles etc and claim that crustaceans lost the mutation juice. Insects did radiate very well on land, especially thanks to holometaboly.

there is no real proof all crustaceans are crustaceans

definitely all decapods are related to each other but beyond that, crustacea might be as far away from each other as centipedes are from crustaceans

    >remipedia
    they are probably ocean insects

    >cephalocarids
they are probably pentastomidae (non parasitic form)

lots of others I dont care to dig out right now

I think it is erroneous view if all we do is judge crustaceans by their headparts (which are admittedly never the same as in arachnids but which vary a lot from insects + centipedes)

I’m fairly sure genetic testing has proven those are all crustaceans

Because penis is the most perfect form. The Greeks knew this. Plato wrote about this.

Evolution is handedness, catalysis and skill. I evolved from a subordinate guy in a dominant pair in a dominant group in a dominant pack in a dominant world being dominant and ended up dominating schizophrenia, New Age, Starseeds, love and light and Psi. Under all of that I had dominant parents and dominant uncles who tortured my agency and soul and I never diminished below 0 no matter why I died every time in any timeline in real life in any chaos in any fight so I went ahead and transmuted from 3D to 5D in human rights to survive in time and I ended up being the first person the hospital ever found to have invincibility in my blood no matter what I get around the end everytime dead or alive outright.

    >evolution is not what it used to be
It's the stupid idea that everything evolved blind out of death matter, unconscious's without a way, a target or any intention. A godless, spiritless beauty less, mindless death cult while every flower, butterfly, panther or even some humans show the quite opposite. Part of the religion w/o god called science wich is unable to see anything that cannot be killed, parted, stripped of all except some base ingredients. Same as trying to understand Beethovens piano concert while analyzing the soot of a single note. Evolution is the part to study the connection between ancient runes over the soot to a modern 4C high gloss offset while not seeing the big picture or any picture at all.
