as a brainlet I enjoy watching videos that tackle scientific subjects in an easy to understand way. sadly, I don't know of any channels that do this. I used to watch vsauce but he only makes edgy tiktaks now. any of the big channels are just there to waste everyone's time. numberphile is a retard podcast and hitting my head against a wall would result in less loss of brain function. I tried watching this navierstokes thing from black science man but he just kept talking over his guest (which seemed enthusiastic to talk about this equation).
recommend me some channels that dive into scientific subjects and talk about them while being CONCISE please. jokes and stuff are fine but don't go overboard
I also enjoy fireship to keep up with tech things, I don't watch every video but that's in line with what I want

why won't this board help me

thanks once again, I checked them all and watched some videos, I don't think any of these except for scienceclic and steve mould are good for my health. they're all clickbait or treat me like I'm retarded (I am but that's not the point)
>minutephysics
I used to watch this dude but he just never stuck with me. he thinks he can answer a question with a question and it's fun the first time, but very annoying afterwards, I don't want a podcast
>image
>paradox but it's actually no where NEAR a paradox
I lost braincells watching that video
>steve mould
seems good, goes very slow and refuses to get to the point but wouldn't call him a podcast. he's fine despite being a clickbaiter
>arvin ash
I'd rather not
>SciShow
I'd rather not
>scienceclic
straight to the point, his the basics videos are very basic, but I'm not complaining
>3blue1brown
not bad but talks too much about things irrelevant to the point, I don't want a podcast
>practical engineering
clickbait podcast like numberphile, 20 minute video with 5 minutes of actual content worth watching

I went back to watch 2 vsauce vids to see if it was maybe nostalgia speaking but that's not the case
once again thanks, but maybe these videos just aren't for me

It can be tough finding a channel that speaks at you and to you instead of over you or down to your level.
Try adding ASMR to your searches.
>>
>>17077581
why are you defending clickbait? is your mind so numb that you can't discern valuable information between white noise anymore?
>>
>>17077573
if you're using Youtube as your textbook then you are retarded and deserve to be treated accordingly
>>
>>17077583
Your “vibe” might just be in a dimension other than the angle of approaching communication you are so worried about.
Look side-to-side, and not up-and-down.
Good luck with the ASMR!

>>17077618

I'm not going to school and never again will. I just want something fun to watch while it allows me to learn something scientific I'll never use
could be about time traveling or about the mathematical significance of the number 1337

The chatbots are sycophantic. You will like them a lot. Go there. Ask them.
Not here.

the bot that can't reply to a post directly needs to be vibecoded better

You are an argumentative troll who wants to argue.
You clearly are playing dumb by pretending to not understand the flow of this conversation. It has not exceeded your capacity in attending to my every response.
Did you find an ASMR channel you liked?

I got you senpai:
https://youtu.be/gDcWagTBbuU
https://youtu.be/jw7x2RoeGIY
Both nice channels

Also you can now find Vsauce here:

They release videos like twice a week so quite often

The guy from Action Lab has a great knack for summing up complicated subjects in a few sentences. I don't know how he does it. I also like that jeet from FloatHeadPhysics. He does a good job explaining shit to normies.

up and atom older stuff

His latest stuff is groundbreaking.

>>17079854
>The guy from Action Lab
he made the self cooling clothes video without giving a shoutout to my boy nighthawkinlight who done it first and he knew about it even if he said he didn't because literally everyone knew about it and it's impossible to do any research for such a video without running into it

I like these, they're spending way too much time solving formula and talking about numbers instead of explaining why things are or what's happening, so my brainlet mind doesn't fully willow but that's fine. these seem interesting thanks
also that vsauce thing is a literal podcast which I don't care for
>>17079861
yeah that works too thanks

I know you're mocking me but this actually looks good to me so joke's on you

even if you don't get it it's still good as it shows how the math is related to what is happening, or how they figure out what is happening based on math. helps with intuition at least.

If you like old fashioned schooling I recommend Julius Sumner Miller. He's extremely autistic but wildly entertaining to watch.

Because he's dead?
>>

>they're spending way too much time solving formula and talking about numbers
My problem with so many youtube and PBS type "explainers" is that they never go deep enough. It's like they think someone will take their job if they show too much behind the curtain. Guys, pretend you're doing an interdisciplinary seminar or something, Assume your audience has seen a shitload of other science before. Luckily there are indeed plenty of youtubers who go deeper and even show the math.

Physics explained and Curt Jaimungal then just search through the names of physicists for more interviewed on other channels.

I watched some of Dr. Mayim Bialik last night, I think she's getting more viewers this year and is on the rise. (But not really OP's thing)

Technology Connections talks more about electrical appliances and stuff, but if you enjoy long videos that mainly consist of a great storyteller sitting in front of the camera talking about something oddly interesting, check it out.

I find his videos to be really entertaining and refreshing in a world of fast-paced hyperstimulating short video slop
