The first wave of Score girls (Tiff, Wendy, Traci, Sarenna etc.) all had unique custom-made implants not because of legal restrictions but because they were difficult to engineer. Based on my research a lot of these custom implants were built by a single company and the surgeries were performed by Gerald Johnson in Texas. John Graham (one of the founders of Score and the future husband of Traci) would then buy up the debt these girls owed and pimped them out to magazines like Score, Gent, Bust Out etc. for profit. The idea there were local Tiffs in Florida or California or whatever just isn't real
