Finally, the time is as it should be. When it's daytime, the fucking sun is out. When it's night, it's fucking dark outside. This is the correct way to set the clock for the entire year. It's demented that we're going to intentionally cost ourselves another hour of sleep once again next year, only so more kids can get hit by cars waiting for the bus when it's dark in the morning, and the sun will ruin my comfy evening vibes. But for now, daylight saving time is over, and I am happy.
Any system of measuring time where high noon isn't when the sun is directly overhead, is unnatural and wrong. Time is local.
