I finally looked up a lot of my classmates from high school on Facebook after having not logged in since before Covid, and the number marriage and baby pictures I saw was like a hit in the gut. But many also haven't posted in years. Are they all on Instagram now?
it's ask for a media rec about person who must be unhappy
>>85869019>feeling nostalgic>open yearbook>lots of fresh-faced smiling soon-to-be adults getting ready to take on the world>actually brutally bullied each other and dealt drugs but that's just a minor detail>hmmmm, I wonder what happened to them, surely they would have put their business and entrepreneurial skills to good use...>search names on linkedin...nothing>search names on fagbook: last updated 8 years ago>search county inmate locator: get the entire yearbooklol, lmao even.
>>85869027You grew up in the ghetto?
>>85869037I wish, would have gotten some sympathy at least. It was one of those "rich suburbs" where the tradies who owned their own construction companies + white collar workers lived. The kids ran the place into the fucking ground with random niggery-diggery after we graduated, then everyone still left there proceeded to make massive asses of themselves in retarded culture wars antics between 2015 - 2020. It's so regionally infamous that the few of us who got out of that shithole never tell anyone we're from there.
Oh, and I noticed the dumbest girls all became nurses. Makes me so confident in our healthcare system
so... you want to know why you have a job flipping grunts?
>>85869019Yeah social media makes it so that you see the world happening around you. Without you.
>>85869019I did this a couple years ago and the alt girl that was my 'buddy' on a field trip once turned into an onlyfans whore, so thats kind of funny, no i didnt subSure did enjoy all her nudes on a leak site though heeeeeeeeeeeeeeee
>>85869500Yeah it was brutal. I was kind of comforted that some of the guys I hung out with in HS also hadn't updated their pages, and still had old profile pics. And oddly, I was comforted that some of the attractive girls I lusted after in HS are pretty fat now that they're married.
>>85869526I hear that. Stories of misfortune always get a feeling of relief from me. I was in the same suburb for my entire childhood so from K-12 I was with the same people. So many of them are burned into my memory forever. And I've gotten that weirdly relieving but still queasy feeling in my stomach even when I hear someone died. And yes. I've held up better physically better than most.
>>85869019That doesn't mean shit m8, I know these "happy married couples". The men are all depressed alcoholics.
