My local bar is 30 miles away and only rednecks/methheads go to it. My dad used to hang out there and he's a redneck (formerly crackhead) so I know the types that go there lol. Sucks living in the middle of no where. I've tried hanging out with these types of people in my youth at outdoor parties and it just doesn't work. I have zero in common with them all. They just get drunk, listen to pop country, and yell. I feel like an outcast to everyone I meet. I had nerdy friends but they moved away because they're smart so I only have contact with them online now. Being a nerd in hillbilly county is a lonely experience.
