I think god has it out for me

I recently scammed someone in video game. Won't go into details but probably ruined his day. And later in day I closed my own finger on car door and I'm in emergency room. And this isn't one time thing I use to run incel page and I would have bad panic attacks and literally experienced hell until I deleted channel
Why is universe out to get me aren't their bigger fish to fry
