Probably something like rice and beans as a base, adding meats and veggies to it.
>>
>>85860095
buy rice and protein powder in bulk and take a multivitamin pill every day
>>

Why rice? What nutrition does rice have isn't it just empty carbs

also take fiber pills if you won't eat anything else
>>

You'll max out the needs from the rest of your diet, so it's to fill your caloric intake with something.
Rice is incredibly cheap/efficient at this.
>>
beans and deenz
>>
>>85860095
rice, cheese, oats, beans, peanuts
>>
>>85860095
I got a rice cooker and cook huge pots of that fancy rice or whatever they call it. Put it in the fridge and throw it in with other stuff. Oats and eggs for breakfast every morning.

All the advise those retrards give you is fucking useless. All humans have the same nutrition needs however it can vary from person to person.
Ill use vitamin C for an expemple...everybody needs it but 1 guy could be fine with just 1 orange a day while another guy need 2.
You need to see a nutritionist and get blood work done if you want to do it properly.

I'm fat so I need to cut out empty calories , maybe if I lose weight I can add rice back

>how to eat as cheap as possible to save money
>step 1 be a millionaire with a bunch of doctors

Are you for real
>>
Tuna, rice, frozen veggies.
>>
>>85860095
Get free fat trimmings from your local butcher. Has all nutrients unlike rice and beans
>>
>>85860193
Sure, just remember that you don't want to cut too much if you want to actually hold that weight.

Maybe full fat milk, bread or rice because carbs, veggies/fruits and other proteins, you already have milk so you could keep it occasional
Though I don't know how expensive that is I never get groceries
Honestly you're better off asking a bot
>>
I don't know if it was the cheapest, but when I was running out of money in college I resorted to a diet of bread and milk. It also had the added benefit of having almost 0 prep and cleanup.
>>
>>85860095
rice n beans

I would imagine

Potatoes. You can live on just potatoes.
>>
>>85860310
You can make bread porridge (popara) with bread that has gone stale, and add a little bit of cottage cheese or something like that if possible, insanely comforting meal.
>>
>>85860095
Frozen veggies, ground beef, beef liver, eggs, cheese, salt
