I stopped eating onions beacuse I finally realized that it isn't all the beans that I eat that gives me gas, it's the onions. I can actually eat an entire pound (dry) of beans in a day and be gas-free, but if I put onions in them, it's over for me. It's very unfortunate, because (savory) food only tastes good if it has onions and/or garlic in it. So, I guess now I garlic all the things.
