My psych wants to put me on Seroquel but I'm scared as it's a szhitzo med and I only really have anxiety and depression.

Seroquel definitely isn't just for schizos. I was on it briefly for anxiety and depression and so are lots of others. I stopped taking it because I hated how quickly it made me fall asleep at night. Like I couldn't fight it at all, once I took a pill I was going to sleep no matter what.

>buspirone 15mg BID and on work days I take an extra 7.5-10mg after my lunch break to deal with the anxiety (I have a massive amount of extra tabs from when I used to miss a lot of doses)
>trazodone 50mg prn for sleep but I usually take just half a tablet (25mg)
>hydroxyzine 10mg prn for sleep/anxiety
>ashwagandha OTC
