Clean your ears. Get an earwax cleaner and clean em. The first time I ever did it, I was hearing the ripple of atoms in the air it was so clear. Large chunks of dark earwax coming out. Now I clean em about every month or so.

But when both ears get clogged it's annoying so I finally did it. It's like hearing in HD afterward though, the eardrum is so sensitive to sound after so long.
