i cant get my head straight
been lost in a fog for so long

i got really drunk yesterday but now i'm realizing
being sober practically feels the same

i wonder if i have brain damage or some severe mental illness
it would be too convenient to have an excuse like that though, huh?

If you spend time wondering if there is something wrong with your brain, the culprit is often untreated ADHD.
>>
>>85853967
isn't adhd lifelong though? i never had these issues as a child. it came on in early adulthood
>>
>>85853962
yeah alcohol aint really a solution to much
sure is fun though
>>
>>85853962
you are malnourished
>>
>>85853962
I was like this, too, before I discovered the lion diet
>>
>>85853962
for me i think it's long term media consumption
brain now completely resistant to anything difficult
>>
>>85854037
Could just be a lifestyle thing too. A monotonous life can lead to brain fog as one day just leads to the next with little to no difference between days.
>>
>>85854052
maybe it's more fun for some people. it feels like normal but fuzzier
>>85854101
ive been eatin really good. i ate eggs, bread, a pear, and an orange today. so it cant be that
>>85854110
>before I discovered the lion diet
what's the lion diet? sounds expensive
>>85854123
maybe, but doesn't everyone consume media these days? is there even a control? if everybody is as retarded as me, i can say for a fact we're doomed.
>>85854143
>A monotonous life can lead to brain fog as one day just leads to the next with little to no difference between days.
on paper the days should be different, i think. everything feels numb all the same. some people have said they've made good memories with me, but i cant remember anymore.

im aware
someone just asked me to use her when i make threads so i do sometimes.

So you're vegetarian? You definitely have nutrient deficiencies, then. And bread is known to cause brain fog.
>>
>>85854684
im not a vegetarian. this week i ate some meat
>>
>>85853962
Maybe you're one of those people who gets smarter when you drink. Have you tried doing some math or something while inebriated? You could be the next Einstein.
>>
>>85853962
you should just have some ibuprofen and sleep
>>
>>85855417
I doubt it. I handle alcohol well, but its not like my function improves. One or two beers makes me better at speaking foreign languages, maybe. Im not a smart person either way.
>>85855421
Why's that? Ill go take some if it can help
>>
>>85855455
>Why's that? Ill go take some if it can help
it helps with the hangover, you sound a bit hungover
>>
>>85855455
>Im not a smart person either way.
We gotta test this right now. Go get hammered.
>>
>>85855464
I dont think i am. I was this morning a little but but i drank 3 glasses of water and it went away. I was bred for consuming alcohol like a racehorse for the track. I didnt even drink that much, i only had 11 beers and didnt get sick or nothin.
>>85855473
I can't, i just took a 800mg ibuprofen. I dont want liver damage
>>
>>85855498
yeah uh... you just took that ibuprofen for nothing then, if you werent hungover
>>
>>85855513
Yeah im not hungover. I'm chilling. I was just hoping it would help with the brain issues. Aspirins help for migraines so maybe ibuprofens help for dissociation
>>
>>85855525
I have pretty bad dissociation/brain fog. I recently went into ketosis and no alcohol cigs for three months and it didn't do shit. I'm getting a sleep study in a couple weeks so maybe that will give answers
>>
>>85855602
Thats awful anon, I hope it gets better for you. Some good sleep can't hurt, thats for sure.
I tried googling the symptoms and apparently the symtoms match up fairly closely to psuedodementia, even down to my reaction of the experience. Ive been struggling with extreme depression for a long time so it might just be a new symtom coming on harder than before. It's really frustrating though because my cognitive decline is causing me to lose all my opportunities in life.
