>eat spaghetti>feel like shit for the rest of the day>this happens every single time but i still end up doing it again at some pointliterally nothing makes me feel worse than this stupid fucking food. fuck mario, fuck italians, and fuck spaghetti. i get almost suicidal on it. is there a name for a behaviour that you repeat even though its just bad for you?
bros allergic to gluten xd
>>85852872This, OP you gonna get cancer from a staple food, how you so genetically deficient that you can't eat bread.
This will help you stophttps://youtu.be/WgREV-fPXE0?si=9V9L7t_MYujIQ3S7
>>85852841Same thing happens to me. I had to stop eating it. I don't know if it's a gluten allergy, or if it's just the itis from eating too much carbs at once. But whatever the case, I deemed the taste not worth the energy cost.Try other kinds of noodles if you don't want to give up entire. I found that egg noodles don't have the same energy draining effect.Ramen noodles don't effect me much either. Not sure why that is. But I suppose that Spaghetti noodles use a specific kind of wheat. Checking the back of the box will show that most Spaghetti noodles are made with something called "Semolina" Some kind of special wheat flour used for noodles. While Ramen noodles don't specify the use of Semolina, so they're probably choosing something more general and cheaper. You can also try your hand at making your own noodles. I hear it's easy to do.>is there a name for a behaviour that you repeat even though its just bad for you? It's a "vice". Or, "guilty pleasure".
>>85852841How much spaghetti you eating? I eat probably 2 lbs in one setting and I'm still scrawny. It does upset my tummy a little tho.
I ate some today from olive garden, I feel fine. The problem is i had a lot of fiber the night before. Spaghetti has no fiber so you prolly have bubble guts from it.
>>85852841Did you make sure that the spaghetti sauce you had in your fridge wasn't expired? It sounds retarded but it can be remarkably easy to miss if you aren't paying attention.
I love spaghetti but it hurts my stomach too. I can do alright if I divide the spaghetti into sixths and just cook that much at a time. Add butter instead of tomato paste when making the sauce so it doesn't burn my stomach(alternatively make oil mixed with tomato paste the base of the sauce). It comes down to the acidity of sauce and the amount of pasta, garlic bread doesn't push my shit in like that. Actually fat probably plays a role too. I can eat a huge plate of macaroni and cheese without it hurting and that's equal parts dry pasta, evaporated milk, and cheese.Or maybe it's the shape, the long noodly forms bite like snakes.
>>85852841Get your ass over to /ck/ and do a search. You need pasta made from a different kind of wheat. This is not bullshit. I can no longer eat bread without getting spectacular heartburn, but I'm fine with sourdough bread and bagels.
