WWE clearly hates the MITB concept. It's hard to book because it's all been done before, and they end up making it more and more convoluted instead of making it better. WHAT IF, instead the prize was the Key To The Kingdom. The winner, instead of a world title match, gets to become the GM for a show in the next year, they just need to declare it the week before. For example you could have LA Knight win, set up a match between him and Roman for the title with the Bloodline banned from the arena, and also he takes pity on Solo and gives him a US title match, and maybe he just fucks with Judgement Day by putting them in a gauntlet match for the tag titles or something. It could be hyped up the week before as "Special Gust GM LA Knight, who knows what he'll book for the show?!"It's not a fully fleshed out idea but I think there's something there. Talk to me people, would this work in the big 2026?
Instead of MITB what if you're allowed to have sex with anyone on the roster if you win and they can't say no
>>21430753I'd sign your dad and fuck him in the middle of the ring
>>21430715As a one-off gimmick, this is a fun idea. But I don’t think it’s worth being the prize of a PLE main event. Could just be a type of stip match they find a reason to do randomly once a year or so.It’s kinda sorta what they could’ve done last night with Danhausens Big Gay Halloween Boat Ride or whatever it was.
Okay. Let's spitball some more. How about instead of one case hanging, there are three spread out and each case has a different stipulation. Your boring GM idea, the classic cash-in case, and a wild card one that keeps changing every MitB event. They can choose to grab one by placing the ladder accordingly. The cases can be labeled, or color coded.
>>21430893>multiple briefcasesNo that's gay, no 2nd place trophies
>>21430893Just make it similar to Feast or Fired but instead of multiple briefcases, you can cash in on the IC/US/Tag champs at any time; but you have to call your shot ahead of time to challenge for the WWE/WHC. This way, there will be some intrigue of will they go after the midcard or tag belts or will they bet it all and go after the big one plus whoever wins said big one will have actually earned it.
>>21430893Is the match over when the first wrestler chooses and grabs the first case? Or does the match continue until all 3 cases have been grabbed by 3 different winners?
>>21430753>have based whore nidia, even though you're a vanilla midget>try to fuck torrieshameful
>>21430893Isn't that more or less the feast or fired match in TNA? Except the briefcases in TNA are just mostly title shots and one person getting let go.
>>21431134>have a mitb night>every match has a stip contract reward, for different titles
Money in the Bank is one of the worst ideas in history>guys go out and put on a 40 minute match for the title>le MITB cash in when the champ is exhaustedIt's the blue shell of WWE
>>21431134>win the briefcase>pull out a spreadsheet>spreadsheet has different random stips for each title>spreadsheet has different random call out times for each belt. no warning, one hour, one week, two weeks, one month, etc.>spreadsheet has different random "safety towns" you can't challenge for particular belts in>spreadsheet has random dates that shift the titles up and the stipulations down permanently using number of positions determined by the WWE Champion's middle name length>spreadsheet has four random wrestlers that can't be cashed in on if they hold titles>spreadsheet has encoded random times that need to be decoded using a password that allow instant cash-in on all champions during those hours>referee has to spend 10 minutes checking the spreadsheet to make sure everything is legal before every cash inI've solved Money in the Bank.
>ITT: E-drones discover Russo TNA for the first time
>>21432296Well, there were 3 times that the cash-in was announced ahead of time.2006: RVD announced it for One Night Stand and won the WWE title2012: Cena announced it for Raw 1000 only to win via DQ thanks to Big Show2019: Strowman announced it for Hell in a Cell in the namesake match and is ruled a no-contest thanks to Brock LesnarSo essentially 1 out of 3 in terms of cash-ins announced ahead of time.
>>21430715There shouldn't be two each year
>>21432571The rule should be "you can cash in and the match must be scheduled". The Seff mitb cash in at WM was one of the most embarrassing things I've ever seen.,
>>21432571Mr Kennedy announced that he would use his at next year's WrestleMania, though he didn't get to cash it in at all
>>21432296The whole point of it is that it's intended as a failsafe in case any of the champions got injured, so someone else can fill in while they recover. The problem with this is that A: They bothered to make one for the women's division which nobody watches or cares about anyway and B: WWE no longer allows their talent to sawdust themselves as much so it becomes pointless in it's function.
