I see a slight resemblance I suppose.
What ever happened to Dean? Unlike Mox he wasn't a complete shitter.
>>
>>21418306
DEAN had good matches but let’s not pretend he wasn’t shit like Mox

Nah, that was the booking, there was so much dimes potential there.
Shame he disappeared though. I always kinda wonder what happened to Ambrose.
>>
If he could throw a worked punch he’d be better, also he should stop wearing sweatpants and wear tactical black or camo pants again. He’s one of the only handful of wrestlers in AEW worth anything
>>
I think that if he really wants to get over as a heel he needs to come out wearing a gas mask and tell the fans he won't be coming out of the crowd any longer because he's afraid of catching a disease from them
>>
He is 102% AEW's Ace and most important talent.
>>
>>21420548
In retrospect, it wasn't cringier than the shit he ended up doing anyway
>>
>>21420557
Which is why the show loses to NXT now

It's funny. Vince described him as being a "wacky guy" in his opinion. And it's obvious that the character he pushed was a dialed up version of that.
I honestly don't think Mox was self-aware enough to see it, perhaps not even smart enough to see it. Like, I don't think he understood that wearing a gas mask to indicate that you don't want to catch germs from the fans isn't a literal OCD thing but rather just an over-the-top dickish heel move that wouldn't have been out of place back in the old days. Vince, for all his faults (and all the faults of WWE, to be clear I haven't watched it regularly in ages), understood better than anybody that at the end of the day this is all a live action cartoon.
And I shit on Mox but I like Mox. But there's a lot he doesn't get, and the fact that he doesn't get it is why Deathriders just doesn't work.

yep, agreed

What was smarkish about that? I'm literally just talking about what I've observed in the shows.
What part of that upset you where you felt like you needed to lash out at me little fella.

i liked him more as ambrose
his first aew championship run was okay but lacked depth
his promo work with phil was good. he actually wonned bigly
his death riders shit is cringe
