Now I created a second brain with AI that stores all informations and memory, so AI agents can retract and use data from there and give better summaries. I used it sometimes for planning out a workout goal like if I want to do X by this date and righr now I can do Y what is a general guideline I can follow. And if you give it enough data it can give you a decent starting point. Still do your own research of course but yeah. Sometimes tou need to give it more elements and variables so it gives you advice suited for your situation. Occasionally it will give you a clearly bogus answer though which is rare but that’s why you double check it and sometimes just ask it the same thing a few times worded differently to see what kind of answer spread you get also.
