Communism necessitates a one party state whereby disputes are resolved internally through a bottom-up worker-controlled electoral process. your local butchers or landscapers or mechanics have a union and vote for a representative that they send to the national assembly who votes on party resolutions and leadership elections and if you don't like how he votes you can have him replaced in the next local election.basically think of the Communist party as a collective of workers that replace a normal electoral system with one that only includes participants in the labor force. the workers control the party and decide the party policy. the people higher up the chain of the party apparatus answer to them. if you don't work, you don't get a say in the government. ie illegals, housewives, and speculators(jews) don't get to participate. this has a dampening effect on outside money/meddling and the internal nature of these elections makes it easier for the party to pull off shit like 5 year plans and mass crackdowns on judaism without a years long legislative process.
