The government is not going to let people starve before the midterms. And after the midterms all this kabuki theatre shit won't be necessary. Nothing is going to happen.
>>
The three big survival things most people forget are protein, water, and energy. If you have those 3 you can survive for a long time.

if they actually do try to take my power or my comfort from me, a lot of people are going to be punished severely. i'm sure some of them will have suitable food supplies to take stock of. DON'T EVER PUT ME TO THE TEST. ESPECIALLY in the WINTER.

lol protein is the least important macro, you need energy and that comes from carbs and fats. the foods he has been buying are perfect. all he needs is a source of vitamins a and c, so potatoes if you can store them long term somehow, or frozen veg if you have a freezer. even if the power is out for a few days it should be ok and still frozen.
if there are any edible wild plants like dandelion a couple of handfuls a day is all you need to get the rest of your micronutrients btw, if it comes to that.
you might want to get some canned tomatoes to go with the pasta, and make sure you have enough salt. maybe some powdered spices that taste good in everything, like garlic powder.
another consideration is cooking fuel in case the gas or electricity or whatever you have stops flowing. so you may have to consider cooking time as a factor in saving fuel. if you want a ton of protein for some reason you can get lentils, which cook in about 20 mins or so, no soaking required. they go really well with rice.
and remember that sugar is energy, oatmeal with some sugar, maybe some cinnamon powder, is a perfect survival food. the sugar is quick release to refill your glycogen stores, and the starches are slow release. also cooks up very fast, and is super cheap. grits are another good option too.
and you might order a mini stove off amazon or something. i got one for about $30 canadian, a little can stove that burns the wood gas, way hotter than natural gas or propane. you can use twigs and pine cones and whatever is lying around to run them. some people going camping use pellet stove pellets in ziploc bags for portioning, they burn for hours on a handful.
so if you cook outside prepare an area where you can both cook and be sheltered, without killing yourself with carbon monoxide, this can be as simple as rigging up a tarp awning.

>me and my mom are going to Sams Club tomorrow to buy some preps
Congratulations for falling for the dumbest psyop in history.

>How do we get the masses to buy more things to prop up the economy? Anyone have any ideas?
>- Oh, I know! Remember when everyone bought a bunch of toilet paper and hand sanitizer out of fear during the pandemic?
>Yeah, what about it?
>- Let's vaguepost that they need to prepare for some big danger. Let their imagination really run wild. They'll want to know what to do about it.
>Okay. But how will that guarantee people will buy anything?
>- That's the brilliant part. We tell them to get "90 days of supplies" and they'll buy just about everything.
>Holy shit, that's so dumb it just might work!

Salt
Spices
Vodka
Toiletries (yes even toilet paper, sigh)
Bleach
Dont make the mistake of not eating this food. If you are not used to cooking beans make sure to soak first. Faster if you have pressure cooker and its tasty with ham hocks and an onion.
>>
>>545283199
Better to just use cotton balls soaked with Vaseline or equivalent.
