An Israeli-American Orthodox Jewish rabbi, Yosi Mizrahi, has sparked controversy after a video of him making remarks about Hindu religious practices and Indian doctors went viral. In the video, Mizrahi allegedly mocked the tradition of cow worship in India and claimed that some Indians, including doctors, drink cow urine. He also made remarks about people using cow urine inside their homes and joked about traffic jams caused by cows on the streets of New Delhi. His comments have drawn strong criticism in both India and Israel, with many calling them disrespectful towards Hindu beliefs and Indian culture.Israeli writer Yeshaya Rosenman also criticised the rabbi, saying such remarks could damage Israel's image internationally. The controversy has once again brought attention to the importance of respecting different religions and cultural traditions, even when people do not share the same beliefs. The viral video has triggered debate over religious respect, public comments and the responsibility that comes with having a large audience.
