I loved the flag. I felt patriotic and proud of this country as a kid. My room was army green, with a big American flag hung up above my headboard. My grandpa was Captain for the Sheriff, and my dad was a soldier in Afghanistan... I wanted to be an army soldier so bad.I feel so bleak and hopeless for this place now. I've grown jaded and miserable watching our nation be overtaken by illegals and H1Bs, seeing all of the government's resources and benefits be diverted to people that are either foreigners or contribute nothing, and seeing just how much they hate me for being a white Christian male. Knowing that all of our national identity and strength is designed solely to serve Israel and fill their coffers, while I suffer and struggle to even make it by.It's getting harder to see the point. I just wanted a country that cared about me, and a people that I would be proud to serve. This is all wrong. Every last bit of this is pure evil.
