All the elites are scrawny and they’re filthy rich and get pussy. A random nigger with a gun beats a chad in the street and makes all that muscle worthless.

Lifting weights is a health choice.
Roiding is absolutely tranny tier cope tho

Being in shape is good. It makes you healthier, feel better about yourself, and makes other people respect you more / find you more attractive. There's diminishing returns to this past a certain point though at which point you should only keep doing it if you genuinely enjoy it as a hobby

None of these bankers look like they lift at all. They’re not fat either.

we lift weights because it stimulates an aspect of our lives we can't get from modern living.
only trannies think it's worth less or worth more than that.

which is why bell curve exist where if you don't workout you're a tranny and if you workout too much you're a tranny.

to give you two examples, steve schwarzman (Blackstone) was recruited to run track at yale, although he quit the team. henry kravis (KKR) played golf at claremont mckenna. steve feinberg (cerberus) played tennis at princeton. joshua harris (apollo global management) wrestled at penn. etc etc etc

many exceptions to this

more than two examples but who cares

The non-bullshit advice is that maintaining a level of strength just above baseline is hugely important for your general health, in the same way eating well and getting enough sleep is.
This goes hand in hand with ensuring your joints move well.
Many of you will be young enough still so that your body hasn't started to adapt to constant poor posture. Within the context of biomechanics, you lose a lot of strength when this happens which places extra strain on your joints.
It's a safe assumption many of your are going to spend a lot of time being sedentary and this is how these things start. Full range of motion strength training is what fixes this, or indeed, prevents it.
