Theres a fag that works at Macys who is acting predatory and creepy towards me, I work the cash register at a store in the mall close by. He said some stuff to me today that made me feel very uncomfortable and angry. I spent 2 hours after work talking myself out of going over there and hurting him.My plan right now is to find his boss, tell them about this, and I want to say to his boss, plainly, I'd like for you to tell him that Im not a ricchione, I'm not interested, he is going to get himself hurt if he keeps this up.Can I get any sort of charge dropped on me for that? I know in my heart my intention is to threaten him and mean it but legally speaking, does that count as a persecutable threat?

>>545228823Look for an anonymous HR hotline and report the issue there without including your name. See if anyone shows up to monitor. If that doesn't work, check the recording laws in your state. If it's a "one-party" (only one side needs to consent to record a conversation) state, record (there are some pretty good ai gadgets for this) some of your workdays whenever that person is likely to be around and get evidence. Then go to your manager and let them know (record this convo too). If they don't do anything about it (or even worse, retaliate), take that evidence to a lawyer and enjoy the payday
