Do you guys have any tips to heal angry people? What is in an angry person's heart? Do they need to learn something, or do we keep pushing their boundaries in ways that make them upset? Are they too impatient to listen, or have they been ignored for too long?Do you guys know any angry people? An angry person erased some of my boundaries, so I can't feel upset, even though deep down I have been violated and I will never forget this. My heart will never change and they cannot erase my entire life no matter how hard they try.Genies cannot grant love potions. Control and domination will not win true love. And true love is a thing that is so valuable that it cannot be bought with money.I can't even describe true love because of the boundaries they have erased. It was never a game to me. It was their game that wasted years of my life, a sickening indulgence, and they have the gall to spread rumors to people that call me a parasite about it, every day. It's not down to earth or "reality" to have loveless sex, although an angry person will not know. They excommunicate themselves with their anger. Maybe one day they will calm down and let go of their grudges and anger, to play with people who don't tolerate such abuse. With people who can give them what they need.

>>545219295The answer lies in the teachings of Albert Ellis and Alfred Adler. Anger, including righteous indignation, usually means something the person values feels threatened or violated. Neither assumed society or the majority is automatically right. Adler stressed the courage to be disliked: the individual may be correct. The person on the receiving end can show real concern for the other’s concerns without adopting their conclusions or dropping their own boundaries. They can practice unconditional other-acceptance and drop perfectionism toward both the angry person and themselves. Clear limits can still be held. The angry person can check whether their intensity still serves what they care about or has hardened into demands that isolate them. They can claim the courage to be disliked while also accepting human fallibility.Neither side has to declare the other right. Real regard cannot be forced. It only appears where both remain free to choose it.
>>545219295**Instances of not separating tasks:**- “Do you guys have any tips to heal angry people?” Healing their anger is their task.- “Do they need to learn something, or do we keep pushing their boundaries…” Whether they learn and how they respond is theirs.- “An angry person erased some of my boundaries, so I can't feel upset…” Their erasure is their behavior. Reclaiming the right to feel is yours.- “They excommunicate themselves with their anger. Maybe one day they will calm down…” Whether they calm down or drop grudges is their task.- “to play with people who don't tolerate such abuse. With people who can give them what they need.” Finding people who meet their needs is theirs.**How to improve the relationship (if wanted)**Separate the tasks.Your tasks: hold clear boundaries, feel your own feelings, protect your dignity, decide the contact you allow, and choose whether to hold unconditional confidence in them. That confidence is yours alone. It does not depend on their behavior.Their tasks: their anger, their choices, and whether they want to improve the relationship. If they do, they cannot do so without giving you more chances—stopping the boundary erasure, the rumors, and the control.Once tasks are separated, both remain free. If they never decide to improve or never give more chances, that result stays theirs.

It is very satisfying, especially if you manage to make a Jew cry or run away. I've already had 3 Jews run out my gym crying.
