they know the west is trying to pull on them the exact kind of trick pulled to drag germany into the last world war so they are being extremely cautious to maintain complete readiness for another front emerging asap everywhere.

men locked into the western war machine are desperately praying their leadership is even aware of and many cases of attempted western ramp up failed badly and publicly
