Just repeal anti-discrimination law in its entirety. Let each demographic have their own companies, neighborhoods, and universities if they want to, and let people who want to live in multikulti world do that if they want to. This forces everyone to put their money where their mouth is about what actually produces the best outcomes, the most productivity, who exhibits the most "merit", and so on. Weirdly there's exactly one demographic who's actually in favor of this while everyone else, for all their posturing and boasting, considers the prospect of that to be apocalyptic
