It cause harm. Mutated kids suffer life long and can't have healthy offspring.We don't do that to animals in order to preserve quality of intelligence and performance. Why jew rats promoting race mix, show pure race people ? Because mutts are ugly.There is no mutants in nature it is dead end. Only degenerates race mixing and they all will be gone. So from that point of view I would think why not, but it takes time to deal with garbage until they will be gone.
