Every computer science guy I met in my life are unemployed dudes, stuck with some passion project that goes nowhere and should have been a hobby.They also think they are super intelligent because they know about the latest coomsoomer slop tech.

The art of programming isn't actually writing the code, that's the easy part. It's the thinking behind it. Currently at least, AI is about as good as a pajeet or junior. Great for some labour, but it still takes some technical skill to make a "good" well rounded product. One also has to take into account future maintenance. YES an AI can do all of the above, but does it know to do so unless YOU tell it to? Nope. A hairdresser isn't going to know to do so.
